Asda wholemeal pitta breads are now a HEb (only the Asda 55g ones though not any w'meal pitta) and you can no longer have cheese as a HEb on EE (or was I the only one who didn't know this?)

The yoghurt thing has yet to be confirmed - I still get conflicting answers!

  • I put 3lbs on! I don't think that's too bad tbh!

I now have 9lbs to go to target! And I've still lost 26lbs in total!

    Back on 100% plan today.

As I don't do EE do I really need to buy the new pack?

Hi everybody and Happy New Year.

I wasn't too bad over Christmas and New Year but weirdly this Saturday and Sunday gone I have been picking at the leftovers like I was never going to eat again. I was trying to be good yesterday but ate a slice of quiche, 2 slices of Christmas cake and a mince pie - this is not good! I just hope I haven't done too much damage - I will find out on Friday.

Anyway I think today I'm finally back in the right frame of mind to get going again - though it's a bit scary because now I have to stop faffing around and make some more progress!

I'm doing mainly green days and extra easy days when I have a meat based main meal - ditching the red days:j - I know they suit a lot of people but not me!

All the changes people are mentioning - when does all this become 'official' or is it in already?
August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.

Hiya, just wondering if you lost lots of weight when living on the Batchelors Pasta n Sauce things  as I noticed lately you said you havent been losing weight.
If they help you lose weight fast, they sound ideal for this time of year. :T

Wow that's brilliant. Think I will stock up on those.

Just cooked up a wok full of stir fried veg (but used water and soya sauce instead of oil) with some mushrooms that needed using up and then added one of the instant rice things, which I microwaved first. Think that is all free on a green day. Was delicious anyhow
