I can't do EE as I can't physically eat enough superfree foods with each meal (or even as snacks) to make it work0

Hi everyone. I have just rejoined SW today. I was a member many years ago and lost a fair amount which of course just goes back on! I've mainly followed WW since but have totally lost motivation with that now so wanted something new again. I also had my 2nd baby 6 months ago so need to lose some baby belly!!
I'm sure I will have loads of questions but a quick one for now is registering for lifeline online. I have been given a pw by my leader today but it isn;t working. Is there a specific day it changes on? Could it be the 'new week' hasn't started yet and I should be using last weeks pw (which I don't have)? gah, really frustrating as I want to get organised before hitting Tesco tomorrow!
Lastly, is online any good? Does it list branded products?
Thanks, hopefully get to know some of you soon

Are you using all lower case for the password?
Online syns list 95% of products you see on supermarket shelves. Takes a while to catch up with new products though0 -

Hi
I am considering joining SW but online as I work shifts making attending a group more tricky. Is there much difference apart from the obvious group support with attending the classes?
I did WW in 2001 and lost 4 stone but gradually have crept back up. Need to lose at least 2.5 stone before September as getting married on the 10th (I will be 41 by then - 2nd time round for us both)0 -

What size, what crust & what base?
So does that mean eggs, yoghurts & quorn are no longer superfree? You can only eat fruit as snacks? And all yoghurts that were free still are?0 -

Hi Skint Catt, large, italian base.:o (ate most of it too:o )
Bit worrying about the lack of free foods0 -
So I take it eggs and quorn are still free, just not superfree? I couldnt survive SW without eggs and quorn.
Im going to just do green and red again and go back to basics. EE just doesnt work for me and it makes me careless and more laidback. I lost 2 1/2 stone in 3 months last year so I know green and red work, if the ingredients havnt changed in any of the products that have previoulsy free (yogs etc) then ill still count them as free on red and green. If I end up doing an EE day then ill make sure I do it properly as it is very unforgiving. I also find it hard to eat a lot of fruit and veg in this weather, summer is no problem.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Have taken the plunge and joined online. Bit confused about it all at mo but sure I will get the hang of it given time.
Really glad I have found this thread and am sure I will be logging back on regularly for support0
