Oh dear ladies, please get me back on track! I had lost 7 and a half pounds in December but the last 2 weeks I have been eating whatever and whenever I want. I'm back on it tomorrow, and back to the gym. I think I may need to update daily on what I have eaten to get myself back on track, if that's ok with everyone else? I dont want to take over the thread lolBaby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j0

Ice, I am really happy to read what you are eating and how you are getting on. It gives me ideas and keeps me motivated too - although I don't post, I just keep it all written in my Secret Book! I've had a bit of a pig-out too, but not intentionally, iykwim. Finally, I always think if I put weight on quickly, (like over a week or so), it comes off easily too if I stick to SW, so hope yours does too!
Not too sure about these changes, hope it all settles down once we get used to it.
Onwards and upwards (no, downwards, that should be!!).

Hello all and Happy New Year
I'm back from my hols and ready to get back to work tomorrow and back on the plan. I allowed myself time off on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and NYE but apart from that I've been following the plan as normal so I'm hoping my gain won't be too bad - I'll find out tomorrow evening.
I was at home with my family so I couldn't get weighed last week although the scales at home were telling me something shocking  I think that being back on track has got rid of some of that though so I hope it should only be about a 2 or 3lb gain.
It was exactly one year ago this week that I joined SW and I'm now 5 stone lighter so if I can do even a couple more this year I'll be very happy. My real aim is to fit in to a size 18 by Easter if possible, I have a beautiful dress I want to wear and it's now hanging up in my room to remind me.0 -
Saver Karen, WOW, 5 stone in a year is amazing! Well done you.Baby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j0

Hi everyone, back again with the standard new year moan about how far off message everything went over Christmas. Anyway starting afresh tomorrow, weigh in on Wednesday night and I missed last Wednesday because of family commitments so it won't be good news. I think I'm going to need a lot of support!
Lots of luck to everyone.0 -
