i had a very bad sick bug yesterday - not nice at all! i was all set for a half hour work out on wii fit before work and had a green day planned but it ended up being a couple of bites of a slice of toast and a struggle to move a muscle!
today i'm feeling a lot better (i can actually move without it being an effort) but still feeling sickly. just managed half a slice of toast but want to try and eat something else as could do with getting back to work at lunch time! won't be pushing myself to work out on the wii either as i think that will make me feel worse!
hello to all the newbies!0 -
Hi to the newbies!
Hope you feel better yorkshire laura...
I've had a very food-filled couple of weeks, and today I'm going to try and steer away from cakes biscuits etc, then tomorrow, after weigh in...(I'll finally see how much damage I've done), I'll get back on the plan. I'm off to belgium for 3 nights next week with the OH, so I can imagine that won't be too great either, but if I stick to it between now and then, hopefully I won't gain much more than I already have.
So ready for a slim and healthy 2010!0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100 -
Hey Laura hope you are doing a bit better now.
*Puts bossy hat on*
Cattto Slimfast - please please. When you get back from being away you'll be able to focus again - at teh minute you can't really control what you are eating - so PLEASE wait til life returns to normal. Pretty please?;)

Lol, thanks rupe - I will wait, but I have to do something!
I can't cut down on my free foods even though I think I'm eating too much otherwise I'll binge and that's not good.
Had scrambled egg on toast (Nimble) for brekkie (along with naughty cereal & skim milk) and now got fajita's for dinner - don't think that's too bad really? Not ideal for SW but not too bad!0 -
Has anyone seen the ad for the new show starting on Tuesday on Ch4? Its a diet show (cant remember who is presenting it) and it claims if you follow it then you can lose 2 dress sizes in 2 weeks. I know thats possible with SW but I may watch it as well for extra support and motivation.
Ive been quite good yesterday and today, having a nice prawn and chilli stir fry for tea. Ive been to M & S though and got the 'Party in' deal. So spent £20 on some yummy food to bring in the new year and to be the last supper as it were. We normally have steak pie on new years day, but were both determined to get back on track, so we are having roast pork and veg instead, ill make it as SW as poss, a lot better than steak pie.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
2 dress sizes in 2 weeks? Worth a look as you say! If you find out what it is please let me know!0

surely 2 dress sizes in 2 weeks isnt possible? Even if you stop eating, I know it wouldn't be possible for me...0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100

Yeah did think that - but if I do that even in 2 months I'd be one happy lady! Want to lose 3 dress sizes before my wedding in June!0

yea i saw that advertised, its called my big fat diet show on next tuesday at 8.
i've only had half a slice of toast today, thinking of having some rice but i'm a bit scared to eat! i'm worried about bingeing when i do feel better!
thanks for the get well wishes!0 -
Am thinking of starting SW in the new year (giving it a good month after giving up smoking) and was wondering what it was like - have never tried a group healthy eating (it's not a diet) thing before.** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
**SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.
