    Hi all

Had a bit of a bad day yesterday. I bought some little marshmallow choccy things for the kids and ended up eating four of them (the cakes not the kids!).

Then they asked me to make them some pancakes. As usual the first one came out a bit wrong so I had to eat it because I couldn't give it to anybody else could I? Then the last one was too small so I had to eat that one as well didn't I?

It's funny but when I've had a little blowout I immediately feel fat. I feel as if I've ballooned! It's the old mind playing games again!

Anyway I'm taking control now until Christmas eve When my Mum is bringing an Indian meal so I will look forward to that.

Nearly forgot - I weighed myself yesterday - STS:( - perhaps that was what started me off. Anyway if I can STS next Monday I will be very happy.

    Merry Christmas everybody :santa2:

franby - guilt makes me feel fat too!! :o

Well got weighed this morning as it's easier for me for a few weeks to go to my SWC's early class and lost 1lb. Sadly I'm still not celebrating as if I'd waited until my usual 4.30pm WI I would have gained that through the day anyway even not eating or drinking anything  But now I'm relaxing! Trying to be careful but it hasn't worked so far. Been at Mum & Dads all day since WI and the only thing available for brekkie was Honey Cheerios' so I had a small bowl ( but didn't weigh them) then lunch was a hot ham & cheese toasted sarnie with white bread & pickle! Ah well.

Off home in a bit to wait for my OH to make his way back from Edinburgh but I can't see him getting back before 10pm at best with the horrible weather on the M6, so pasta for me tonight! :D

Hope everyone's keeping warm and you're all safe - speaking of which has anyone seen Marion around? She hasn't posted for ages!

    C xx

Hey all - happy freezing cold Tuesday!

Brrr made it into work at lunchtime today - shame I forgot to take any food with me:rolleyes: so office chocolates were the order of the day:rotfl:

At least my wrist/arm is a bit better, so I can actually move now (as opposed to not moving fromn the sofa). I think I have just admitted defeat this week eating-wise - but am calling the consultant of my old group and finding out if she will let me rejoin next week or week after (between Christmas and New year is often just a weigh-in session isn't it?!)

Outside is like an ice-rink, but I MIGHT make it to the gym tomorrow- which would be nice - at least once this week.

And I agree - 'eating' guilt makes me feel MASSIVE as well - and I have insane urges to try all my clothes on to make sure I can still get in them;):rotfl:

Just been to my weigh in and lost a pound, also had teeth problems so think that probably helped as eating is not tempting when it hurts! I went to put my loss on Lifeline Online but realised I have forgotten to get the password, please can someone let me know what is? Thanks.
