I can DEFO recommend the wii fit, I don't have the wii fit plus yet but am hoping to get it for xmas. I love it as you can do as much or as little as you like. the only thing I find is that it doesn't feel like that much of an intense workout at the time (unless you do the jogging!!) but the next day I can always feel it, I love the yoga and muscle workouts. It has really helped me..

Maintain is def a good aim at this time of year!! Well done on your bargain as well!! A good use of the vouchers in my opinion, you'll have fun playing with it on xmas day so may counter balance all the food!!! LOL!!!

i'm thinking of getting a wii and wii fit plus, can anyone recommend it?

Hi, I definently recommend the Wii fit. Its great fun and good for everyone to join in, even my 2 year old has a go. I havnt got the wii fit plus yet but might look at it after xmas as it also looks like fun. My favourite is the hula hooping and the step, both get the heart racing a bit and you have fun doing it.

ok so I go to work today, I'm just popping in to do a few little bits at about 11, thinking afterwards I'll go into town to sort out my hols money, then go home and have a nice lunch, beans on toast.... well I didn't leave work until just before 4!! It then took me 45 mins to get home instead of my normal 5-10 mins!!! The bloomin snow!! I know it looks lovely but it's distupting my day!! So I had no food and was starving and ended up having a potato waffle, 2 jacobs crackers with a scraping of butter some cheese and pickled onions. Shouldn't be too bad in the syn department but I really wanted to not have any today!!

Urgh Laura - poor you! I had a couple done a few years ago - and have vowed ever since that I'd rather lose the offending teeth than go through it again! (Mind you - I do have a real horror story!)

    Wrap up warm everyone!:D

Nor me! I refused to let my dentist take 2 teeth out last year - so I went into hospital for a General 2 days before my birthday (but the best thing I EVER did!)
