I know I wouldn't put it all on but it's taken me this long to lose a stone, and would be gutted if I had to climb that hill again.
Will try more fruit & salads this week - even though it's going to be bloody cold!

Fair enough dude! In that case I echo what catsy says - wrap up VERY warm and go for a walk tomorrow. have you got an MP£ player? I always plug into my Ipod and walk - I love it.
When I first lost weight after having my DD (over a decade ago - scary!) I had about 4 stone to lose. Didn't know about SW so I stayed under a calorie limit (a quite generous 1500 actually!) and walked every day. Without fail. I would put her in the buggy and march about everywhere. I also did a Rosemary Conley exercise tape - not too challenging - but got me sweaty;)
To be honest - the exercise made a HUGE difference - and walking is impossible to get wrong;) which is why I liked it.Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

lol @ rupe! nughty naughty but I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Yes I have an MP3, but would prefer to walk after dark so I won't use it as I like to hear what's around me. See how I feel after my shopping tomorrow0 -
hope your feeling happier soon catt! x0

Thanks catsy - I know SW is the best, but it's just not working for me. My SWC doesn't have time to talk to anyone (it's why I swapped classes last time I was struggling but have had to go back to her due to timings). If I was cheating I wouldn't be so upset, but I've been unbelievably good and lost 0.5lbs in 3 weeks (4 inc this week if I haven't gained!) I'm so distraught i'm sitting here in floods
Right, we all know that SW works so there has to be a little trick that you're missing or something that you can change to get things moving. I think someone else suggested it but why not try posting your food diaries for us to see? One of us might have eagle eyes!
How about trying to concentrate on speed foods as well? Try and have five a day every day for a week - just the effort of having to have five different ones has helped me more than once.
I'm sorry you aren't getting the help you need in class at the moment but never fear, we're here and we're here 24 hours a day too!0 -
Thanks Karen
Yes, got a lot more fruit in this week most of which is speed plus I have quorn chilli for tomorrow's lunch which is also speed.
Will post tomorrow's diary when I eat it0 -
Oh, and PS Never, never do the Cambridge Diet - I did it a few years ago and my hair started dropping out
It was awful, not only did I lose the weight... I lost my hair as well!0
