I'm dying to know too! and was also thinking about the toned up/clothes feeling looser because the one thing my consultant said to me last week after I sts was did I feel lighter? I said no, but I feel slimmer, so she said it was water retention from upping my exercise. However as briggers said, everyones different and its not always good to compare with others.

We are all eagerly awaiting your news xxx

Hi all, well I went AND stayed to class (which I wasn't going to but I didn't feel so close to tears) - lost 0.5lbs but more to the fact that I've only had a small glass of water & a muller today :(

My clothes are slightly looser, but have been since I lost 6.5lbs in my first week - they haven't gotten any looser even though I was hoping to be the next size down by now. No-ones notice my loss either yet :(

Six months is a longish time but will go so quickly - I've been engaged 6 months already. I have to order my dress in a months time as it's 16 weeks lead time :( Don't even want to try any on right now.

right go and weigh out 0.5lb in flour, or whatever you have that you can do it with. It is my favourite way of making me think, wow I lost that amount off my body!! 6.5 in your first week, that's fab. Can you think of anything you did in that first week that you could do again? Do you still have a copy of the first week food diary? Just thinking it might help. Oh and you may have already mentioned this but save me going back through hundreds of posts but have you ever tried extra easy? I was loosing quite slowly and tried extra easy, the first month on it was slow but afterwards it was fab!! anything from anout 1.5 - 3.5 lbs a week!! I swear by it!! But everyones different, I've heard others find it harder to loose weight on.

I tried EE when it first came out and didn't lose anything on that either! Soo frustrating. I know a loss is a loss and I'm grateful for that, but it's only because I've barely eaten anything, not because of what I've done all week.

Sorry to be so mardy everyone, I'll be ok tomorrow when I eat again! Soo lonely at the mo as I've fallen out with my parents, OH is away & don't see anyone day to day as I'm still looking for a job :(
  • Today at work i got: a box of massive jelly babies and a box of walnut whip. A walnut whip is about 9 syns (174 cals and 1 syn about 20 cals) - so as i don't actually like the walnut how many syns can i take off if i don't eat that :rotfl:ps i am serious lol
DFW since JAN 2009 - 2014 will be the year i finally clear debts :) Just to see which month :))))

Lol, well a WW is 8.5 syns and a walnut is 1 syn - so the whip & choc is 7.5 syns.
A walnut on a WW is the only nut I eat, lol.

Lol, sadly I don't eat the walnut on it's own - only if it's attached to chocolate - maybe it makes me feel better ;)

catt - get yourself out of the house tomorrow!! even if it's just to go for a walk!! And i'm going to tell you a super top secret for making yourself feel better..... paint your nails!! It's amazing how much better I feel when I've given myself a mini manicure. And as you've had no syns today treat yourself to something nice tonight - a glas of wine, some choccy, just something you will enjoy and not feel guilty about.

I am so tired tonight and am seriously considering going to bed shortly, is it too early? lol. Tomorrow is my WI..... let's hope all the hard work the last few days will outweigh the crappy 3 day binge over the weekend. or at least even it out...
