    Whoop! Well done Lisa.

Don't think I've lost anything again this week :( I'm ok on weekdays but my weekend completely wrecks it - so hard to control even if I try to plan :( I really don't understand why it's so hard to stick to when it's not at all restrictive :(
  • i've got my weigh in tonight, be lucky to sts as i've not been food optomising for about 8 days, and i've had pizza hut today (after i sat a 3 hour exam so i think i deserved it!) hopefully back on it tomorrow, friday is the only day i might struggle but if i can have 6 good days before next monday it should be ok!

well done to all the losers today!

Well done djdymond and mrsmortonharket - both good losses at a difficult time of year.

Skint_Catt the weekends are the worst time for most people. Our routine usually changes which can make it difficult to plan round.

Planning though, really is the key to overcoming bad times. If you know in advance, there's always something you can do. Keep thinking about the reason you want to lose weight and ask yourself whether you really want this treat (whatever it may be) or would you rather be slimmer?
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
  • put 1lb on, not too bad for what i've eaten!

Hey all - have had one of those days where you just have to pick the lowest syn options and do your best. Yep a works lunch during the day - and then when I got in v tired, OH had made me a really nice dinner...which unfortunately was not low-syn on either red or green! Oh dear:cool:

Never mind - tomorrow IS another day - and I haven't used it as an excuse to go completely off-plan.

Went to the gymn this morning and weighed myself - what I took off before my birthday, went back on over my birthday:rolleyes: so I still want to lose 3 pounds to get under 13 stone by Christmas. I KNOW I can do it - so I need to stop panicking about it and just stick to the plan. After YEARS of this, I still go a little nuts and think 'what if I don't exercise today - argh!!!!':o

Just wondering if the above means 2 and half syns for each frankfurter or for 4 of them
