Had to go to Tesco as i forgot to get sandwich bags and cleaning cloths last night so spent £1.41.

Hi Miemie, the diet looks to be going well! Keep on it, you'll get some rewards on the scales soon, which will boost your confidence and spur you on.
Are you drinking plenty of water? That really helps to get the weight shifting but it's easy to forget to drink it when it's cold
Also, don't give up on bingo. It's easy to get fed up with it, but it only takes one win... keep going you're doing great :T0 -
Hi mac had a little hic cup with diet to day as we had cream cakes at work today and will power went, so far today i've eaten bowl of porridge made with skimmed milk, dried apricots, jkt potato and salad and a little bit of mature cheddar, cream cake and some grapes, not hungry this evening, feel like i'm geting a cold, nose is running and keep sneezing and just feel really heady, drinking lots of hot water and fruit tea, like you say when its cold don't want to drink cold water, went for a walk this afternoon and got soaked:rolleyes:,but it was still nice to get some fresh air especially as i had been in a hot stuffy class room all morning.
Scratchies this morning 10p & 10p, but won £5 on bingo:j, did anyone else have £10 bingo bonus this morning.
Have also spent £10 on petrol this morning.
Recieved payment for ebay item last night so posted that this morning.0 -

Feel like carp this morning all snotty and heady, i'm going to go to work as i'm only in this morning, 3/4 of that will be sat in assemble with kiddies, so will dose myself up and go.

well i'm back from work feeling a bit better
So far to day i have done scratchies 10pand 25p, i've pre bought bingo tickets for this afternoon and made £16 on ebay this morning :j.
Going to see the new Twilight film tonight, but going to the 9.30pm showing, so me and hubby will have tea before we go and i will take some snacks with me to nibble on so don't buy loads of overpriced stuff. Kiddies are stopping at Grandma's tonight so hoping to get lots of jobs done before i go out tonight.
Food wise i've been good so far today but i don't feel like eating with having this cold, had a yoghurt for breakie, satsuma for morning break and just had a salad sandwich. might make a chicken stir fry for tea, we were going to go out for tea before seeing film, but i don't know whether i will eat it so might end up being a waste of money, so better off making us something to eat before we go out.0 -
:j just won £5 on bingo.0
