Mrs LW said it all, make the most of every second and cherish them all, thinking of you Mhags

Some pleasures for the last few days,

Called a house board meeting, plans made for the next few months, hopes and goals, positive way forward and on the back of that,

Plans made to visit Italy in May, moving away from flying and thinking of taking a train, through the alps and down to Florence, as bop would say, more later.

Tucked clipped off Tilly fur into the hedge and all gone in a day, love the thought of baby birds cosy and warm thanks to excess spaniel hair.

Cleaned and cleaned DM's home then thanked it for so many happy years given to her and Dad, door shut and now finished.

Finally got to see Girl on a Train, thank goodness for screw top wine bottles!!

Into horsey town to pick up glasses, treat of breakfast out, veggie option was delicious and not a faux meat sausage in sight, roasted beetroot, toms and mushrooms with scrambled egg, delicious.

Last episode of No Offence, saturation of Father Brown as well DFV :) and Last Leg.

mhagster: your posts are so brave, they bring tears to my eyes. Keep on being you.

    Yesterday:

    1) enjoyed my morning meditation

    2) had 2 large lattes in a row at l/t (greedy, I know)

    3) afternoon felt like late summer, beautifully warm! Not like a chilly February with a bit of sunshine thrown in.

    4) saw a colleague after a while, who had miraculously managed to avoid surgery. Faith :)

    5) had the LO in the evening, she gives me so much pleasure. The rate she picks things up at is astonishing

Plea from &. Can someone please somehow contact Mse Towers and ask them to Unban &'s IP address? I would be very grateful. Have indeed Clicked here if you think this is wrong, sent 7 msgs via the form thingy since this began at start of wk. No acknowledgment, let alone restoration or explanation.

We are all so with you, family mhags, that need to come here is often. Add to that this mob.'s new failure - to recharge. Back to Dr Jack in town of horse late arvo yday. Patchy at best so further oomph reqd. Anyway,

    1. Reading here now. Mhags - we are spilling over, in and through the gardens with you.

    2. &'s tiny offering of lush-scented waxy lonicera from down back behind garden room. Didn't even know it was flowering, picked in gritty snow.

    3. Spits not great but DONE. Some took zero. & okayish, just - and improved by £15 reverbe!!! on cut-through footpath>Bank late arvo yday. Qtr-folded, one note inside other. Not a soul 360degs about. Looked, then carried on & banked. Busy in there. Again, spontaneous appreciative chat in aimiable queue. We are more than lucky in our settled, extra mile staff.

    4. & head healing after stabbing self with big spear tip during Spits pack-up. Bent to heavy crate pick-up. Still don't know how it happened. Blood and wound and lump instant and looked v.drama queen:-). Eye missed, by not much. Should rule & into scrum @ home match this arvo.

    5. BIG mthly mtg hier soir, went straight on from town of horse. Finished near minuit. For & there is hope from words of TB. Astonished they did not arise during hot talk. Too busy selecting delegates. & not of town of gown constituency, so deemed useful for officialdom. Good chat with many young and old Gown friends after. 5p reverbe by Meriva when leaving, rounded day nicely.

Still revelling in Hockney day and works and memories.
Hugs, smiles, strength and blessings to all in any semblance of need, lack or loss.
See you all at the party:-)
& may have mud on studs, best get cracking.

  • 1) This wonderful warm benign spring day which is balm to the spirit in the middle of February.

    2) Lovely neighbour has just given us the old wooden staging from her greenhouse to chop into kindling.

    3) While collecting the staging standing nattering outside the greenhouse there was a robin literally hopping about on the paving under the apple and pear trees beside our feet, utterly fearless.

    4) He Who Knows seems to be coping a bit better with his torn muscles today because he's now actually taking the pain killers!!!

    5) Meeting several new to us dogs and owners today on the Cookie walk with everyone smiling and happy because of the sunshine, lovely!!!

Mhags hope many memories made this afternoon.

    1. Coffee with a friend and then wandered round a local garden and were amazed at the amount of snowdrops out.

    2. Time in the garden - just general tidying up. Enjoying the warmth of the sun.

    3. Enjoying my newly cleaned and tidied kitchen. All jars etc have been put away until DS2 leave them out again

    4. Enjoyed an omelette for tea yesterday. Everyone else were out so a relaxing evening.

    5. Enjoyed listening to Lincoln FA cup match and then watching rugby.

OK, this is a mhags party keepieuppie.

    2. More extraordinary crossings of paths. Upstairs with fiercely argued vin rouge. & pays her way. Doesn't imbibe when behind wheel. Licence is lifeline. Pick your battles &. This one lost, BUT secret thermos weapon tea in waiting Meriva.

    3. Just made it for debadgering skin test this morning. Had forgotten.

    4. Just made it doubling back from there for little orange light thirst quench and had quad pts £s in reserve.

    5. Hope it's been a beautiful anniversary with all of us in fullest attendance, mhags. & managed to roll the cloud away partway through deuxième mi-temps and it's a lovely scene now, also with children still out on pitch, 2 little terriers also playing. & believes ball chewing is a yellow card, but am letting it go for sake of flow.

Bless everyone on this now beautiful day, hazing lavender, lilac, pink cirrus flakes, with STOP PRESS to bop: Hartpury 45 - Cambridge 36( so, a losing bonus pt)...and they are the enemy in ballon ovale local speak.
