    From mob. Might work.
Might be as pea-soup scary slow as driving yesterday. Really bad.

    1. SIR Ray Davies...just heard.

    2. Woman planned, gods laughed, yesterday. Day went West. Back to fenboys was NOT on cards, but 2 mob. calls later, elder fb said Come on over, younger fb has chaps in yard on horsebox breakdown job. They can look at &obile. All fan/heater glitches eliminated - fuses(& found diagrams+layout did not match), resister switch, gasket sth sth hose. Fan switch motor only thing left, but 4hr job+dash dismantle reqd. Change of &obile just moved closer, juggling with nz flight sorting and need to know trial date. Is any of this osp? Offloading, je suppose, seeing only 1 of the 3 has real urgency. Nothing can now happen on any front before next year:-)

    3. Incredible, generous words & gift from young friend.

    4. Oddest of odd dreams inside a dream, inside a dream, just before this.

    5. Waiting at fenboys' meant big handwriting letter to France continued. Page 6:-)...need to finish, send, this year:-) So, after this-

Just over 2 hours left of this year in Melbourne and I just want to take this opportunity to say thankyou for all the support and love and laughter that is shared on this thread.

I'm glad we can share the not so good days too and can give each other encouragement when needed. I read & follow other threads on MSE but think this is one of the nicest ones.

Have been at hospital all day and will be here until next year! Kids are enroute here and we will celebrate together as my precious family of 5.

OH has been a bit brighter today ( although we both had an afternoon snooze and neither of us heard afternoon tea being delivered) he's eaten like a horse ( as have I...new regime tomorrow!...sigh!) and we've had some good discussions with doctors.

The sun has been shining but I'm glad I brought in a shawl /wrap as its blooming chilly with aircon!

Wishing you al a good 2017 with health and if not wealth then financial stableness , some silliness and lots of laughter.

    See you next year! X
  • 5 Typical council. Went down orifice yesterday to sort out the rates and it was closed. It was also closed on Wednesday. Such a shame that they are ball enjoying a junket and not supporting the public. Although mine was about paying the tax, just imagine if someone had been made redundant at Christmas and the support not being there. Have cancelled the DD and we paly rule of BoP. I'm right, you're incorrect.

4 Just put the house on the six's and good job I got a good price on the strikers as well. Waving to mhags, and tomorrow! Saw the floods in Melbourne the other day as well!

3 Usual Saturday fest of Snorkers, best back, mushrooms and brown hash. Scrambled egg on hot buttered toast. Freshly squeezed fruits were added to pure tap water. Tea was also drunk. Now just had my cat and Raffles has finished it off. Oh, t'other night inn town. Had a wobbleade, a decent pizza in new local joint. Not a greasy spoon. Recommended. Raffles who followed BoP and BoPsie to the pond of newts, was waiting, as noted before, to guide me back to the pad.

2 Nite the usual festival of carp foods will be cooked. Once a year BoP tastes the deranged foods coloured orange such as chicken dippers and the like. Tum will be rubbed and wobbleades drunk. More later.

Is ok to feel pity for those who dodged tax and yet we don't talk about the girl on the checkout surviving from week to week!

Top post, the government don't care though, it's all lip service, and the way they are screwing us still in it is a wonder to me that anyone remains in!

Hello all, and a peaceful and joyous one is wished. Even though i fear for 2017......

Ampersand - that prison blog is beautifully written

Pleasures for yesterday and this morning

    1. Met up with former colleague from old job, who is now new colleague on new job. she helped me begin to understand the systems. Coffee was consumed but no tums rubbed
    2. Gave up a trip to emporium for bargains to one at Allidee where bargains are always to be had.
    3. OH cooked gorgy chicken casserole for tea - washed down with cava. Tum WAS rubbed - especially after finishing the meal with amazing cheese
    4. Watched TOTP2, Wham! special. Poor George :( I am rather gutted,
    5. Some baking this morning, while OH entertains his mother. it is hard to know what to do with her, she can't walk far, can't really concentrate on anything and mithers, mithers mithers.
