Well. we never did - bop presenting hisself fer un edgycationist, which being bop's least-favoured, highest rant-rated life calling gives us much delight.
& happens to think bop would be rather excellent, especially with the awkward squad members and the ones that need that little extra bit of personal key-finding.
Really hoping that i/v goes well bop:-)

    1. It's still being a long day. Started at 3 something this morning, but heading for bed in a mo. Churchathon catering and all sorts. Baked Rhubarb and Ginger Cheesecake and a Raspberry Clafoutis to do. Might be not tonight. Jasmine Rice salad with nectarine, ham, endive, sun-dried tomato and light mustard dressing with best NZ olive oil done - scrummy. Tomates Provençales slow baking through night.

    2. A very Man Plans, God Laughs day in too many ways to mention, but here we all still are.

    3. Yellow and white gingham outdoor oilcloth arrived ex bay of eek. Really recommend habbyboy as seller. I feel it's arrived, post-free, almost before it was ordered. Excellent price. Vvv pleased. It's out on potting table no. 2 as we speak.

    4. Hearing about the remarkable ''Gary Fildes is a bricklayer turned astronomer, and founder of the Kielder Observatory in Northumberland'' on Saturday live this morning. Wayne Sleep, too - pretty sure it was of him that 'small, neat and beuatifully made' was first coined:-)))

& is big Richard Coles phan.

    5. Warmly greeted by 2 beautiful men today, both in emporium - and haven't a clue who either was. Wish I had!

Hello to all, PK have a fabby trip, Mhags you always do such a lovely job of writing.
    BoP I has my suspicions!!!!
Firth, hopefully the rat is now in Rattus heaven.

People having wonderful times out with their nearest and dearest! The human race is still safe...on this thread at least.

    * only had to nip the renter once before she brought the rent. :T She just moved in and you have to train em right. :D Last one was a nightmare!!! Court>major malicious rental house damage>unpaid rent>escorted from premises by sheriff. I decided to not be too friendly until this one is properly housebroken.

    * easy peasy dinner made in SC. + Voodoo greens. Love to feed my guys!

    * DD2 is finally coming next week to get her hounds. :j:j:j Five weeks start next week and although she will be staying a few days and working from this office, she can take over being in charge to the furry girls.

    * Found out why our little old man Toby has been lethargic. He went for his annual teeth cleaning and had several very infected back teeth. Out they came, antibiotics and pain meds are being given and he is a friskier guy...for a terrier of nearly 15yrs that is. Relativity in operation here.

    * Kilauea volcano

& Could be worse, I could go to be an unsocial worker!
Mila. It's the tapestry of being here!

5 Wobbleades, chicken stickies, film watched last evening. A James Stewart in Night Passage. Good shots and them dastardly villains were slain.

4 Wager fund now ten times the amount it was last weekend, with hopefully more to come today. Needs to be full for the football next week. Please note, BoP does not encourage wasting your pennies. If you want to do that, take out an endowment policy. We used to till it was not going to pay out. Now I do it at the wager site, at 10% of what I gave the banker! And we seem to make more!

3 Buzzard is defrosting away from Raffles eyes. This will be roasted, served with normal carrots, cauliflower, peas, stuffing, wrapped snorkers and bacon. You know on Tuesday, it will turn into a stove top curry.

PM2& Note, the stove brewed curry will mature and grow fur by Wednesday evening. I will be with them Educationalists on Thursday aft'noon. The pleasure will be mine!

2 Day BoP is offski to emporium w8rz. Coupon for paper will be exchanged for wobbleades and some lip stuff for BoPsie. It will not be expensive! More later

What the heck is going on around here, come on!

Mila, loved the picture of the volcano, hurrah for Toby and his love for life!
PK, am in serious awe of your money saving ability, note to self must step up game :)
BOP, the Captain too makes good use of wager fund, pays for many treats in life.

    Pleasures for yesterday,

Dropped into the yard first thing with fly spray, Mr Billy of the Elliot hopefully now more comfortable.

Am undecided on new book, first in the Jack Whyte Arthurian series, will perservere and see if improves.

Over to steam rally in DM's village, first time it's taken place and well attended. Lots of coaly smoke, very atmospheric but think noise pollution police out and about as not much whistling!

Watching DM enjoy her ice-cream, oyster shell from van, I had a flake in it love :) came home with lemon drizzle cake and prize -winning cheese scones, happy Captain S.

Raucous games of Yahtzee for evening entertainment, best of five, guess who won....
