Frith singing is a good way to learn (as well as being helpful for those with alzheimers). I wouldn't be surprised if many of us learned our alphabet and tables tunefully
1. A not-so-good night with ToppyDog, neither of us got much sleep. Prayed hard through the night and thank God he was a bit better this morning. It's no fun getting old for us or for dogs. The good news is he ate his breakfast and has improved throughout the day.
2. Shopping day with DD, we only managed only two garden centres today as we both had boring shopping to do as well. Had a lovely lunch of jacket with ratatouille and cheese with a side salad. Tuesday is pensioners day so mine was half price
3. Put DN'bours bin and mine out for the morning. Black this week which means a nice man turns up just after the bin men and steam cleans/sterilises each bin for the princely sum of £2 a month. Very good value especially in the warm weather.
4. Planted out some of today's purchases, had to do some juggling as there's very little space left as is usual at this time of year. I'll fit in all in somehow though
5. The voucher I won in a raffle is for a health spa, I'm not really able to use it so I've sold it at a small discount and will buy myself one or two treats, do a couple of weeks shopping and spend some on the food bank. There's also a collection basket for a cat rescue centre at my local Mr M's so will put some nice tins in there.

I'm just popping in to say hello, life has suddenly and devastatingly changed again for us as a family.
I will post when I can and meantime I am grateful for the beauty that surrounds me courtesy of Mother Nature, the birds, the autumn colours on the trees, the late blooming flowers, my dog , who cuddles in regardless .

Salt again was made yesterday in Mist of SparraShires, due south, second left!
Good news this day, to all. Emporium, which did not write at Easter due to the Motor of BoP not being as thirsty as ever, is going to make another loss. Use them coupons, because the scam may close. And I note that their offers only fill their coffers, but not too much. Boycott T, and other emporiums.
I see the streets in the Cape are filled with anger.0 -
