Previous pleasures
1. Hung out the clothes washing to line dry how I love free leccy:T, gathered up all of the pet bedding and put it in to soak, looked around at the house/tip and “deep” tidied cleaned up, which took a long time.
2. Stopped for lunch a HM pizza and a cuppa.
3. Caravan topped and tailed polished, cleaned, washed and finally floor done. Loaded with enough food for 2 days so it’s not heavy to tow. That and a couple of things are cheaper in Welsh lands:cool:..
4. Livid at a letter received from solicitors who are working on my behalf, DH helped me put into writing exactly how annoyed I am at them and send it back of to them. Kathartic if nothing else. What a waste of time pleasure is being to have the time thou to tell them accurately what I think of them.
5. Cooked up some cupcakes, for our sweet tooth’s…
6. Popped to lidl as DH wanted a light and managed the weekly shop for £25
7. Arm weights, tick done.
8. Inspired by another thread, it’s going to be spag bol for dinner.
Todays pleasures
1. Bitty day, lots of cleaning, tidying
2. Spending time with the animals
3. Lunch a prawn salad, Dinner is sausages only fit for disguising in casserole rtc they maybe but still…A few pounds are shifting the right way, it’s the evenings I am having to distract myself from snacking.
4. I’ve decided a need a new hobby. I am toying with either knitting or trying my hand at illustrating the book that’s in my head to start getting it onto paper….
5. Happy that Dreamland is back open, DH’s father used to work there and has good memories I am sure we will visit at some point0 -
I shall be in Bala next week, PK, with a quick jaunt over to ice cream town. :-)0

3) glorious sunshine, bus back to work
4) students' last day. the canadian has been learning the bagpipes all year, and treated us to a few scottish favourites.

Good day yesterday.
1. I managed to dry 4 loads of washing outside. Lovely day and could feel the warmth of the sun.
2. Planted some potatoes with my chickens attempting to help.
3. I moved soil around and tidied up a corner of the garden and need to plant wildflower seeds and then I think it could be a lovely place to sit in the summer. It was a mess last year and dark but with some branches cut it is lookig better.
4. Tea of curly fries and chicken drummers and pizza! Remains of DS1 freezer from uni - he didn't want to run risk of electricity running out at uni flat. Not tea I would have chosen but easy and meant the food was eaten.
5. Cleaned the bathroom and it looked great and the shower cubicle was sparkling.0 -
