back to mind. There are good ones near the wandering tops of Portmeirion too, but that's a touch too tender to remember....
I really appreciated your comment on book choice - absolutely right.

Lovely lady is working her way through over 600 similar responses. I'm so pleased. Marvellous chat and huge generosity: they're being sent to me! Asked about JV's potting: it is resuming, strongly, along with painting. He is shortly having studio/kiln chez lui. This is so good to hear.
5. Will shortly simply pack a few bits and go, sans faffing. I won't starve, won't die for want of a few things left behind.

Not exactly a pleasure but a quick update on a long running saga almost as posted in Amazon Vine Member Forum:
Dr C went to pick up an item from the Postal Delivery Office yesterday. A card was dropped through last Monday, but the awful weather had stopped me from picking it up.
I knew it would be an Amazon Vine freebie as that was the only delivery I'd expected at that time.
Lo and behold, there were three other items with the freebie.
We hadn't had a card popped through for any of the other three, one of them was my grandson's missing Christmas present. From the date written on the box they had tried to deliver it, whilst I was out picking up two other parcels! ...
I then had to report it as 'found' and arrange to pay for it again, having been refunded. Amazon thanked me for my honesty, which was nice. (It didn't occur to me not to be.)
I know I was in on the date when the two other items were not delivered.
It takes me a while to get to the door thanks to arthritis, but I get there.
I wonder if the delivery guys thought, 'Oh God, not her again, Speedy Gonzales, let's just not bother...'
On the plus side, DGS now has his rugby helmet, I have another freebie of a breakfast item to trial and a beauty product, plus the family dogs have some food.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... Hard boiled eggs, and house like a colander. Good job there are not botty burps then. oh, and Scottish lollies and customs. oi, mhags, grab them ashes will you, they cannot have them!
Ruffians, the lot of them. And a game tonight to boot as well.
2 If all things go well, you could join the BoP diet later this month, Further details are not available in any publication, but for a couple of nods and a winks, yous may get them later. And as we is off to footie tonight, a couple of snaps of DD’s heels. Talking of snapping heels, minds me of raffles. Just how did that cat know the warmest place in the cavern. Ms BoPsie thinks he be the sliced thing since best bread.
5 On target for 15 in 8. So do yous lots want details soon. Could make a fortune here guiding the likes of yous lot. It is all to do with that claw sandwich I has been eating. Note wrong with scratching a crab now and then. And cheese bits. Proper cheese, not that plastic encapsulated stuff, nor is it French either.
4 Ms BoPsie in bad books today. I nose she surfs round this parish, so I does not has to text her. She nose what she has forgets to do mes Fruit Salad for lunch. Nearly gisen away mes diet has mes not,
3 at the weekend, but mes has to do mes music discs again. Just listening to, avert yers ears &, John Lydon, Sex Pistols and Bodies. Other tracks as well. But it does sound daft on Pink Floyds the Wall with the two second gap between 47 German Planes were destroyed for the loss of only fifteen of our own aircraft. Proper reporting that. As I also worked for R. A. Force and Co Ltd, so no probs there in. Oh, and the text about life and the fact that Ms BoPsie now does my Steaks well down, but the loving has become rare.
Watching the Portcullis on the trains, on the iPlayer (Tax Free). Just noted that 2,000,000 downloads of Dr Who occurred. Wonder how many pay the tax, yet never watch Live Tv.
If you look closely, tonight on BT Sport at 7:30. You will see BoP in his blue top, No 19. I will be on the left line in the first half, grey trousers and a stunning Black Bonnet hat. Keep yers eyes peeled there in. Not often shown, but you will kick yers sens of you miss it. I nose, I fear you seating along now!

3. Whole house cleaned.
4. Ironing done
5. Just off to visit DGD2 and take her (belated) birthday cards and present. My DGC, most of whom have celebrated their birthdays over the Christmas period, are now 22, 19, 17, 16, 13 and 12. And I'm broke...
Have a good afternoon0 -
Sparrer, I had missed your message about little Yang, I am so sorry. How thoughtful of you to donate to CP where the items can be of benefit to furries in need.
I hope your finances recover quickly. I only have 2 grandchildren. My DGS thoughtfully arrived 6 weeks early, so he missed being born over Christmas 2002.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... Evening all.
Hmm, the jury is out on Tony Newvoice, I still haven't got used to his sister Clarrie. Luiza is "oh Helen" I think. As for Rob, what is he up to? And how much more does Helen have to be subjected to? Nice handling of Jecks departure I think
Ooh PK, another Joe Browns fan. I have my eye on a couple of sale things - waiting for them to get down to ridiculous prices
Yesterday's pleasures
1 invigilating was OK. Dull as ever, but gave me time to browse the web
2 left early to do some "marking" err NOT
3 started my patchwork quilt by cutting out squares form curtain remnants
4 freezer surprise for tea. OH and DS had beef in beer, I had. Hotpot, DD had veggie bake

Yes I remember all too well chicken, and you won't let me forget it!
Thank you PK, I don't think I could cope with commando and dodgy hugs in the same post
mcculloch I adopted the twins from CP, it's the least I could do to give them the tins, packets, treats etc rather than someone who can afford to buy their own
Thank you Skint. I like Toby, you can taste the cheese in their cauli cheese
VJsmum SA sounds lovely, it's on my list - along with about 50 other places! Better get my skates on, only Yorkshire, Blackpool, Norfolk, Croatia, Birmingham, Hayling Island and maybe southern Spain booked for this year. Luckily the fellowship convention hotels let us pay the discounted rate for as many extra days as we want and I'm saving for my NZ treat next year. Where would you suggest in SA?
Sweet dreams0
