Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
    Evening all.

Sorry for the lack of posts from me recently - I've had a busy week and, when I had an evening at home yesterday, decided I couldn't face looking at a computer screen and left it switched off all evening.

    1) Lie-in this morning as I decided not to go my OU tutorial in Southampton, having been warned that there would be no parking available.

    2) NSD and NPD.

    3) Spent a fairly large chunk of the day being lazy, sitting in a patch of sunshine and finishing off the last book in The Hunger Games trilogy, which I got for nothing thanks to some survey vouchers. :money: They're very good, but much sadder than I thought they would be - not ones to read if you're feeling miserable, I think.

    4) Took advantage of the nice weather to get some more seeds planted - a dozen different varieties of flowers this time. I really hope I can sell off the excess plants as I wouldn't have room for everything I've grown even if my garden was twice the size.

    5) Macaroni cheese / pasta bake for dinner tonight, inspired by a post someone made somewhere on the OS forum a few days ago. (Was it on here? Or on the "what's for dinner?" thread? I really can't remember now. :o)

Have a nice evening, all, and I really hope your brother's OK, Frith.
Back after a very long break!

    1. NSD, hoorah, I've hit my target of 10 for the month :)

    2. Popped over to our friends who were over last night to drop back some bits they left behind and had a cuddle with the baby :)

    3. Made a yummy cake to take on our first....

    4. ...picnic not in the garden of the year :) Hobbled to the nearest park and enjoyed the sunshine with my best girl

    5. Bumped into someone I met a few months ago who came to the park with her gorgeous children, so we sat and had a nice chat cuddling the baby twins whilst the older children played on the swings and stuff

    6. The sunshine :)

    7. I've made dinner up as I went along and it smells gooooood, here's hoping it tastes as good!

    8. Looking forward to watching Casualty tonight for the first time in ages :)

    Evening all,

I have a bit of a headache. :( think I am probably a little dehydrated so should be drinking water and not the wine I am about to open!

    1) Lovely lazy and relaxed day though I have had a tidy up and sorted out some of my paper work.

    2) Did some weeding in the sunshine

    3) Did two large washes with my 2 duvet covers being dried on the washing line.

    4) Work up after a funny work related dream and realised that my move to single duvet sleeping now the weather is a little warmer

    5) Baked a loaf of bread in the BM - and enjoyed piping hot bread and cheese sandwich

    5) Went to MrS and did quite a big shop in preparation for my oldest DB and SIL coming for lunch tomorrow with my gorgeous nephew. The pleasure is that I got over 5 quid off.

    Night all

    L

Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.

OH has added one:her noticing the end of the rubber spatula had broken off into the stew very soon after it happened! Would have spoiled a very nice pork in cider casserole. Spatula now in bin, casserole now in our tummies

    hello
1 enjoying the fog - it's just really exciting when the sun finally burns through.
2 went to see tin tin - with 10% of cineworld online no booking fee cost us £3.60 for all 4 of us. bargain.
3 spent the afternoon sorting and labelling the playmobil and hiding it.
4 also cleared small boys room - his use of the word "important" is not the same as mine when he describes some of his stuff.
5 gift wrapped my last 2 batches of soap. They do look cute all wrapped in wall paper and bits of lace.
