    Yay - how cool Zig, that's amazing!!!

    What are you going to do to celebrate, you'll have to have a little treat. Some beer and twirly Martins on me....

    :money::beer::money:

    Thanks Lara! Weirdly, I always had all these fantasies of what I'd buy when I was debt-free. :rolleyes: But now I just want to get my savings underway! :D OH has said I have to buy some decent boots before Bruges though. Tete! Any news on Bruges?
    Good news on the new thread Zig, maybe I'll keep up with this one :o

    Ha, I end up abandoning it every now and then cuz I'm on here and Cinny's threads!

    A lot of things can be haggled with so that might cut prices a lot, have you seen the Don't Tell the Bride where the Groom haggled for everything? He got invites from £100 to £30, and flowers from £800ish to £350 and he didn't even have charm or wit on his side so I'd just be cheeky when you go to order things. It might work!

    Hopefully the shops/services give stuff cheaper cuz he haggled, and not just cuz he's on tv. :rolleyes: Definitely worth a try though! Apparently you're meant to not mention the word 'wedding' too cuz they put the price up or something.

    Bails, I'm 20. :) 21 in March on the same day as Cinny! :D

    ETA: oh sheeeeet, your evening food budget is more than my whole day's food budget and your drinks are more than double too - how many people are you having? My brother did laugh down the phone when I told him how much I'd allocated for food... Back to read more...

    Drinks is for 84 now, thats a glass of bucks fizz on arrival, a glass of wine with the meal, and a glass of champagne for toasts. The food is obviously expensive as we're having it at a hotel, basically the evening is for 145 bacon/sausage baps, and the day food is for 84 to have a 3 course meal. But cos we have so many we have no hire fee for the hotel or anything.

    Haha no, probabaly not - deprivation of sleep and other things is probably making your mind focus on them! When does Mrs. Poolie get back?

    Mrs Poolie is not back in UK till 05:25 AM on 21st November.

    I am not looking forward to this as working till 11pm previous day so very very very early start.

    I'm 18 Bails, but OH tells me I act like a 30 year old! From here I wouldn't guess you were 34 - but then most 34 yo I know aren't traveling the world and planning the quirkiest wedding evaa!

    Happy Birthday for Monday Swinstie!

    Poolie - Ruddy hell! Your wife is very lucky to have you come and pick her up though - if that was my OH I think he'd send a Taxi! I hope she's having fun though! (where is it she went? Aussie land?)

    Yeah she is in Oz. She is going to Sydney tomorrow for a few days. She says it is far too hot in Melbourne and she is still trying to adjust to the time difference (due to the weather). Hopefully see some pictures next few days.
