Flower - I agree yu should go to the doctor as they may be able to help you with it.

Tete - my sister is a designer and specialises in knitwear. She designs samples (look a bit like the front of a jumper) and then shops eg Topshop buy the designs off her (or the company she works through). Unfortunately she is always too busy working to make me anything.

I managed to trudge my way home as snowed here after me saying there was no snow in london hehe. I was wearing high heeled boots (i know I am silly) and so was a bit hard walking. Managed not to slip though. One more work day yay.

Ooh I wonder if she did the guinea pig jumper in Topshop that I covet? I had my wellies on but they're jazzy ones - all style and no substance, feet were dry but freezing and there's no tread on the bottom so I was slipping all over!

I had my work wellies on today. Very traditional green ones, in size 9 as they ordered us all the same size.... great for my size 6s! Plus steel toecaps and souls so I was shattered after trudging to the post office in them!

Last month my boiler past away and now my washing machine. I had a man round and he said that it's not worth repairing as the drum shaft has gone (what even that means) the thing is it cost me an arm and half a leg as it is intergrated. I asked about a dyson or the new LG one but he said just buy a cheap one and run it into the ground. He also said that my old one will still work if I put a small load in and put it on a short spin, so that's what I am going to and try to make it last a bit longer until I can get the money together.

Also Debenhams and Kurt Geiger sale started today. Got some nice bed linen and a gold mini christmas tree in Debenhams, and some Butlers chocolates (its an addiction, I can't help it!). We've decided to seriously stock up on stuff for the house in the sales, so the credit card will take a battering, but thats what January is for.

Oooh Dinah I love those boots! If only they weren't £79 in the sale! I must be good and resist 'bargains' like this that I can't actually afford! The January sales are always my downfall and I spend far too much because there's money off, but the things I buy are still stupidly expensive!

I don't start until 10 today so I'm just waiting to go into town at 9 and grab some bits I need, I have to get some red ribbon to pin onto a white dress I have to make it into a candy cane costume for our Christmas Eve party! It will look lame but I'm out of ideas and time for anything better!

Oh jeez, the sales have started!! I'm trying to stick to just the vouchers I have for sale shopping Yeah, see how well that works! I've seen the G.Piggy jumper too Tete, so cute! Hoping a lot of the long jumpers are in the sales, wouldn't mind snatching a couple.
