Course not MinniMe. We weigh in on Wednesdays, we're aiming for a stone by new year and all doing a lot worse than we did on the last one where a lot of us got very close or hit the target. We were aiming for roughly 1.5 lbs a week. Given you're starting towards the end let me know what you'd like to aim for, and current weight or just current bmi if you're not comfy giving the weight. We'll be doing another one in the new year too (Tete's gonna run that one :D) since only Cinny has reached her goal so far I think.

Lol we had a YP railcards! I was just suprised that there were about 3 men in their 40s, then about 10 people under 25. I don't get why people pay for first class. All you get is free tea and coffee and they'd run out of milk to have in it!

Quite often you can upgarde on the day for an extra £10 if the train is really full. I do it quite a lot, definatly worth it in my opinion, always seem to be a lot quieter in first class and the extra room is worth it for me!

I would agree, we upgraded when w went to London, my hubby is well over 6 foot tall and the extra leg room is a must rather than a luxury!
