Hulloo everyone
Feeling a bit low because my friend and her son (my godson, age 11) have gone home today after being here since Friday, and I'm missing them!
My next foster son (well, supported lodgings teenager actually) moves in tomorrow. He's 16. So I am going to have a quick whizz round the house now and tidy/hoover up if I can get the hoover working. It's being a bit tempermental at the moment  I hope I perk up a bit - this poor lad will feel bad enough without seeing me with a face as long as a fiddle!
Anyone for a [STRIKE]kick up the bum[/STRIKE] I mean a HHC?!Aspire not to have more but to be more.

I seem to be really tired at the moment.
Don't be hard on yourself - try to go with the flow. Could be that your body is telling you what it really needs to get better. In my case it's just lack of sleep due to late nights and early mornings.Should know better by now...

Hello please can i come back and join in?? I used to post here but since having my dd3 i kind of lost track with this thread
I am a bit down at the moe and i think the house being a bit lets say 'unorganised' is really not helping (plus two little poorly ones and being soo tired and then theres the debt...) I was ill a few weeks ago (suspected swine flu which knocked me for six!!) and dh looked after the kids bless him but washing etc wasnt done so i have been struggling with getting that back down ever since!!
So my plan is to try and do a little from the daily list everyday and then try and do a little more aswel to help.....
so tonight i am going to try and do the first two bits from mondays list:
Level One
Declutter the floors
Vacuum said decluttered floors!

Bet she isn't
Been to reflexology. Made supper. Need to go and get myself packed up for tomorrow... gym/work/physio
Have a 1-2-1 with my boss tomorrow. Have to try to remember not to tell him he's an idiot. I sent my proposed flights through to him (as they have to go on his credit card seeing as mine hasn't turned up), and he came straight back asking I had booked business class. I hadn't - they weren't booked, and they were all economy. He hadn't bothered to look (you can't get economy at that price). When I pointed this out (not the bit about him being an idiot who hadn't bothered to look, just that I hadn't yet booked them and they weren't business class), did he apologise? what do you think  Just told me to book them. As the first leg is over the limit set by the physio I'm tempted to go back and say that I want that business class... I might get a price tomorrow, just to see... if not, I'll see whether we can book bulkhead seats as that will give me more room to move.
Suppose I'd better go and do something rather than hanging around here...0 -
Hi mumm2mygirls sounds like you have your hands full xx0
-
Greenbee - if you need extra legroom seats, DON'T say that it's for a medical reason as people with medical issues are usually not allowed to sit there as they can't open the doors in an emergency - they sometimes assume medical condition = infirm, which we know doesn't apply to you but airlines can be funny beggars - good luck with the boss idiot tomorrow.
Sitting here twiddling my thumbs as last flight has gone out already and I'm here til 2345 - I might do a HHC in the office - the magazine rack hasn't been culled for ages....I'd rather be watching CSI!0 -
