Do you have a local centre you can phone? I know you really will not feel like it at the moment, but you must not be treated like this, it is pants, and it is not your fault.
What they are saying!!!
There must be a way of getting in touch with someone more local.0 -

Just making some burgers for dinner.

Especially I have been experiencing feelings of regret recently for what I haven't done. It might not have changed the outcome if I did do it. Need to let the feeling go and fly awayfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Greenbee thank you so much for the Change Cycle, very interesting! I did not know this, and to apply it to myself (as you do) I think that I am on the cusp of Danger Zone, but trying to feel a bit more positive about life, the universe etc. I will definitely bear this in mind, especially as I am not a person who deals easily with change (outside my comfort zone!)
I have had a relaxing day today, went shopping with a friend all morning, walk along the beach this afternoon and now trying to catch up on thread, but I have managed to do a few things!
(((Hugs))) to everyone who needs or wants one (even those flyladies who don’t do hugs)
