sexymouse we are of like minds, valli and me, on this issue. Remember how much you spend on union subs and push for your money's worth. Do you have a local centre you can phone? I know you really will not feel like it at the moment, but you must not be treated like this, it is pants, and it is not your fault.

    What they are saying!!!
There must be a way of getting in touch with someone more local.

Really pleased with my efforts in the garden today but my back is aching a bit now

Just making some burgers for dinner.

Need to go in the loft after dinner and check the IK£A website as I don't want a wasted journey with the kids tomorrow

"You'll seldom experience regret for anything that you've done. It is what you haven't done that will torment you. The message, therefore, is clear. Do it! Develop an appreciation for the present moment. Seize every second of your life and savor it. Value your present moments. Using them up in any self-defeating ways means you've lost them forever."

    Thanks Dusty!

    Love it!

Especially I have been experiencing feelings of regret recently for what I haven't done. It might not have changed the outcome if I did do it. Need to let the feeling go and fly away :D

Greenbee thank you so much for the Change Cycle, very interesting! I did not know this, and to apply it to myself (as you do) I think that I am on the cusp of Danger Zone, but trying to feel a bit more positive about life, the universe etc. I will definitely bear this in mind, especially as I am not a person who deals easily with change (outside my comfort zone!)

I have had a relaxing day today, went shopping with a friend all morning, walk along the beach this afternoon and now trying to catch up on thread, but I have managed to do a few things!

(((Hugs))) to everyone who needs or wants one (even those flyladies who don’t do hugs)
