you could get some lasagne sheets, boil them until slightly softer, then remove from pan put on a baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil and season with salt/pepper/spices etc then whack in a hot oven until the sheets have gone all chrisp! They are surprising very tasty and alot healthier than normal chrispsRaven. :grinheart:grinheart:grinheart0

. Kids love them if they're not too spicy so I would suggest starting by doling out small portions from a bag of shop-bought Bombay mix.

I like cheese scones as they're quick & easy to make, but neither of my boys like them so I don't do them often as I have to eat them all ;-). They do eat fruit scones. I picked up a recipe card in Sains. the other day for savoury cupcakes with cheese & sweetcorn but DS1 (the cupcake maker) says he doesn't like the idea...
My mum used to freeze our packed lunches (to stop dad eating all the bread) and they would be de-frosted but still cool by lunch time - this was in the days before cool packs for lunch boxes! Scones do freeze well, so worth a try to keep the stuff cool?0
