I won`t be accepting defeat and will bump this up in the forum`til i find out how to get the Loancheck folk and their cronies to answer for their actions!!!

Three years of crap and a mountain of letters and paperwork written in lingo i can`t understand from D.H for nowt!!!

Anyone know if Petermb still posts on here????? The man that came round from loancheck after we had already signed loads of contracts for P.I told us he had died of a heartattack.....?

Who was the man that came round from Loancheck? From posts on here no-one actually saw anyone from Loancheck as such as they had another firm that they used for the paperwork?
Are you saying that someone told you petermb had died of a heart attack?
He has not posted for a while but he only stopped posting when all this was going on. Have you tried to contact his business perhaps? I know he did log in a few times but has not posted?

Oh i so wish i knew who he was who said that to me!!!

We originally saw one gentleman who called to our home when we signed all our paperwortk for P.I. This was back in 2007 early 2008 - i assumed it was one of Peter`s colleagues. I also have a letter from `Louisa` at P.I explaining the CFA.

Then we were contacted again when DH solicitors became involved and we saw three different people ( two men and a lady) this was probably a year later and we wondered why we had to go through all the same stuff again!

I asked one of the men who called what had happened to Peter, as he was the person who had p.med me on this site offering his help originally regarding my claims and we had already signed and gone through all the paperwork etc .....and he said he had died of a heartattack so it all had to be done again.... he also said he had claims going through and they were guaranteed to be finalised and paid out within the year....that was two years ago.....

how stupid do i feel right now....?

Actually "GUY ANKER" from here (MSE) was asking for information about clients from Loancheck so maybe you could give your view to him on them.

We have not had any feedback at all on this as yet so assuming investigations etc are ongoing????

Yes i think i will speak to Guy.

The thing is though is that everyone who called to our home from P.I and LC seemed very genuine and i was rather sad to hear that Peter had died :A
and then i come on here after nearly three years and wonder what on earth has been going on!!!:rotfl:

Blimey - i think now that i may have been conned!!!!

Please could you be so kind as to point me in the direction of Guy?

    thank you x

I do not believe that one as I know of one person on here that has spoken to him in the last year on the telephone. Wonder what was going on with that and why they told you that.:(

I haven`t a clue - giving them the benefit of the doubt it could have been another Peter in the firm and was just crossed wires and such - or perhaps they were trying cover something up? I really don`t know - but they definitely said Peter had passed away and i just assumed it was the Peter i contacted through this website at the start of my claims.

I don`t believe a word i was told by any of the Loancheck people anymore :(
