  • I too have been done by these people, I got my father in law some business cards last month to discover 9.95 gone to vprewards.com from my card today, all emails came to me so I would have noticed if an email had been sent one. Will be calling them in the morning. to get my money back hopefully.
  • do we have to ring them from 12am to 4 am uk time

    and whitch numbers please
  • I just called vist print - 08000288251 asked them why the money had come off my card with out my knowladge, the nice girl explained that when you go to checkout a pop comes up and if you click on it you will get registered automaticaly. I told them I had a pop up blocker so couldn't click, this didn't make a difference and I got signed up. anyhow. Still has promised a refund within 2/5 working days and I have already received a confirmation of cancellation, will keep checking for refund.
  • i on phone now being on hold 15 min
  • but worth it all canceld and refund in 3-5 days yes 4+£9.95 to me back
    thanks allllllllllll
  • I manged to get through on the phone. the lady has said they will refund my 5 payments of £9.95 that have been taken from my creditcard and will cancel the account. This followed a email that i sent in which I listed all the consumer complaint sites that had 100s of complaing and confused angry customers on.

If enough people log on with watch dog then maybe it will get investigated before other poor people fall foul to this underhand way of doing business.

I did feel for "bargainbelle" who said on here 24th sept that she has lost £197 to them.

You would think we had noticed. my husband checks all his stuff on the Amex card but I rarely use it, he though it was just something to do with my business cards so never said anything!! God I hope we get it all back, husband says it will be fine and for our holidays in October :rotfl:
    Bargainbelle :T
  • I have to say, the advice on thie thread has been great.
Sad to say, I've fallen foul to Vista Print's scam too. But the thing is, I've never used them to order anything in my life! I got that little post card with an amazon order, and checked it out, but when I realised I'd have to sign up and stuff I closed the window.

So, they've been illegally taking money from my account. I can't sign in on their site since I don't actually have an account; none of my email addresses and passwords work, so I know that's a fact. Plus, if I'd ordered anything and accidentally fallen foul of their little scam, I'd surely have something to show for it, like a few crappy business cards or a crappy rubber stamp, which I certainly don't have.

I've been in contact with both Vista Print and my bank. VP were very unhelpful, the lady on the phone said she could only do something if I provided her with the email I got the account with, and since I don't recall ever providing them with an email address, it's impossible for me to provide her with one. The bank were much more helpful. I'll be getting a dispute form in the post within the next few days. I'm definitely not letting them get away with this. I don't even know how they got hold of my debit card details.
  • I have ordered many cards and other things from vista and have never had any problems. They are very inexpensive and reasonable quality. I have noticed the £10 free voucher on offer, if you take up a subscription to a reward magazine. There are no fraud involved just people to lazy to read.
    Lets not use quidco
  • I havent read any of hte previous posts but since this thread is going on and on with resolution, it would mean that the company is doing still trading.

Im assuming that they arent doing anything illegal.
