NW figures lag 4-6 week their figures are also fom the 20th of one moth to the next. Therefore these figures most likely relate to offers in Sept which is always good for buying. You are jumping the gun. The winter has not started yet. Its pretty cold today though.I know some of the bears said it was going to be a long cold winter. Prices started rising in March 09 so this would be Jan 09 which is exactly what I saw when I started looking at the beginning of the year. The spring bounce is a myth for prices. Just check the figures for this decade.So the "spring bounce" started December this year(well 08 really). (based on being 2 months before Feb as per above)0
