Well, after emailing them again and telling them I had contacted trading standards (which I have btw), I received another email from them yesterday

your order has been paid today.
if its a bank transfer then the funds should be in today if not by
tomorrow morning for most banks. some other take longer. please refer
to our web site in payment section if you need more information about
this. chq have been sent off today and will be sent by 1st class.

Well, guess what? That's right STILL NO MONEY :mad:

They've got until Monday, when they will be getting a letter before action, to pay up or it's off to court we go. Wish I could just go straight to court, but I need to show I've given them every opportunity to pay up.
