Just wanted to pop in and say Hello!!!
We've been wondering where you were. You can't just pop in and say hello... we need an update please :D

I still can't decide what to wear... given the limitations on footwear my wardrobe is somewhat restricted at the moment. I really need to have that wardrobe sort out so I can remind myself which things go with what!
  • Sorry I have been playing catch up - yesterday wasa bad day! I had to eat lunch alone as my support worker had to change her time to take me out and I stupidly ate a granary roll part of which went down the wrong way into my lungs!!!
As I started to cough I also started to gasp for breath and the more I did the worse the muscles got and was unable to draw breath myself at all and so realising i was in a bad way I had to press my alarm for help.
I got sorted out in the end but it knocked me for 6 - I was exhausted - my throat was inflammed with the coughing and my chest neck shoulders and lungs ached for all the effort.

Anyway I am much better today although still a little achey. I will therefor have to be extremely careful what i eat when I am alone in future. Granary rolls(seeds etc) are one thing I shouldbe having but it was left over from my visitors so I ate it:rolleyes::rolleyes: I have learnt a big lesson and also have learnt how the system works and we need to sort out one or 2 issues that have arisen from it.

havent done much today - had my Rev in for a chat which was nice and have made soup tonight for tomorrow and the freezer.

must go do stars and then bed

love and hugs to you all
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
