    Hello all

I'm back from a lovely meet up with froddy, greenbee, sexymouse & serena (plus Serena's offspring!). We had a lovely natter and I enjoyed the lunch!

I had a decent journey back and have collected my prescription. DH has been a star whilst I've been out and done most of the flying.... so we need a kitchen star please Toots, perhaps more - i need to check the lists as he has also done the lounge, hallway, landing etc and washed all the floors - I am going to do the bathrooom tomorrow.

Plan for tonight is fajitas for dinner (I'm not really hungry after a big lunch but I'll just have a couple), glass or two of wine and watch the dvd of kavanagh qc that we have at the moment form love film (we love john thaw!). The funny thing was that the last one we watched my friend who is an actress was in!

pigpen-that sounds awful, please do get checked out, losing all that blood can't be good for you!

    Evening everyone.

Had quite a restless night after being woke up by the neighbours. DD went to MrAs this morning to see if there was any bargains as they are opening a new superstore on Monday. We got a few bits and pieces. Ive done the dailies then took everything off one of the bookcases. Two bags of books gone to charity shop. Bookcase and everything washed down and replaced. One load of washing done. Will do the other one tomorrow. Have had my pedometer on for a few days to see if I can get my step count up. Managed to have a half hour walk earlier before the rain hit.

JayJay14 Have a lovely time on your cruise.
Pigpen Take care and look after yourself.

    Evening all

Just a quick 'pop in' to say I wont be getting any more stars this week, I'm spending the weekend decorating, so no point in trying to play catch up. Must try harder next week :o

Also wanted to say all the best for next week Toots. We'll miss you while you're away x

Well things appear to have eased off again so I don't feel the need to ring the ward now.. thankfully... :D I do have a bit of an ache in my tum but it isn't any waorse than when af visits so I'm not concerned.

OH cooking dinner, after going to the shop for food.. and hopefully he is making a cuppa too as I am parched.

XH taking children to church in the morning and I have DD4 to collect from a sleepover at 11am and he will collect her on the way back to his. DD3 has a party tomorrow afternoon so he can take her there too.. We've had 4 parties in 2 weeks for 3 of the girls.. including 2 sleepovers for DD4.. she is 6 so it is a big dea for her.. she was exhausted last time.

Jobs for this week include clearing OH's stuff from the front room, it has been there 2 months and now needs to be shifted!

great news - my drains are fixed

Congratulations! I know it's been a long battle to get them sorted

Valli - if DS is on such good behaviour, surely you can persuade him to pee on the compost as part of his penance? ;):D

Pigpen - I hope things settle down soon. Try not to overdo things, as you need to give yourself some recovery time. How about you supervise and everyone else does as they are told?:D

We had a lovely lunch in Greenwich and a wander round. It was great to meet rach & serena (and serena's DSs &DD) who I hadn't met before. Sorry a few of you had to miss it, but I'm sure we'll get together again sometime soon.

WM has been emptied & refilled. Dehumidifier has been brought into the house.

I'm going to close the curtains, find some food and have a bit of a tidy up before looking for my list!

I have cleaned my bedroom so STAR NUMBER FOUR for me please - so that's it -
I had done two loads of washiong overnight but it was raining when I got up so I folded it neatly and left it - glad I did as at around three it brightened up considerably, blue skies, sunshine and a breeze so I brought it in dry at 6pm - so am ridiculously pleased with myself.

Might get some ironed shortly! I have also put dry, ironed aired washing away. Looking pretty spick and span in Valliland.

Oh and I did my reading assessment marking too - plan is to do some work work every day to make the next half term, always a hectic one, a bit easier.

So my motto is DO IT NOW!

Pleased to hear things are settling Piggers...are you on tablets at all?
And good news on the drainage Dusty...

Not done much since my last post. Feeling grimmer by the minute. I did pop to waitrose to get some essentials like dinner!

DH has been beavering away on the carpet in the garage.

Going to find some clean linen for our bed and then read the paper until X factor time.

    I had a feeling you'd say that.
Any chance you are being monitored for level of blood loss?
