Lol...I could have told you that, I bought some the other day. They're very much like a low carb version of Ryvita.

Weighed myself this morning, have put on 6lbs because of this months hormonal rumpus. Intending to restart icing today so hopefully that will go again in the first week. It's ridiculous really, I only ever lose around 4lbs in a month because I always put on and then have to re-lose the same chunk before I can then lose a bit more. It's going to take years at this rate.

OH on the other hand, has now lost just over 2 stones and he looks normal. His BMI still has him in the overweight category but you wouldn't look at him and think he's big. There's no justice in this world. I wish him some female hormones in the next life. :D

Btw, go on holiday sweet. No point in you all suffering. :rotfl:

    Good morning all,
Good luck today alias - I will be starting acupunture and reflexology soon so make sure you let us know what it's like.

Put on 3 quarters of a pound over the weekend which I am really pleased about as the carp I put away I would of thought I had put on at least 2 or 3.

Had my indian on fri night watching England - pffft what a load of tosh that was.

Doner kebab meat and salad on sat - always leaves a greasy feeling in my mouth the next day they do - urgh!

Chicken shish kebab with salad last night - was ok, but could of made better myself, oh and I got a free garlic bread for spending over £10 and I didn't touch it - the dogs loved it.

Back to being good today even though got naff all in at home - trip to Asda me thinks.

Am sure there was something else I was meant to say..........hmmm nope can't remember.

    have a nice day everyone.

Are they high fibre?? I must admit that's what I like about the H&B crackers, the 'decongesting' (?!) 'decongestant' (?!) effect :o:rotfl:

    Morning :hello:

Tis a beautiful day here, think I might have a drive out with hubby later, the fresh air will do us both good.

I felt quite weak & hungry this morning so had a pre-brekkie shake at about 7.30am. My head still feels a little bit woolly so hopefully getting out will help with that.

Pre-B - raspberry shake (lovely, tasted of icecream :D)
    B - 2 egg cheese/ham/mushroom/pepper omelette
L - 2 LC crackers with butter & cheese, blob of coronation chicken, LC soup
D - hopefully cauliflower pizza with salad & HM coleslaw (will use puree on the pizza, ta for that as well mazzers)

Haven't seen anything of daisy, sarah & eric for a while, hope all ok with them.

Happy days everyone, have a good day

    Morning peeps

popped in earlier but didn`t have time to post as hubs had overlaid so it was a bit chaotic in here.

Just cooked some bacon and mushrooms and sausages for later to have with scramblies, they will get nuked in the micro when i cook the eggs. I always find that having a fridge full of cooked stuff helps keep me on the straight and narrow so i shall do some more before i leave for work.

Popped out and have bought some chicken thighs and pork steaks, there are some in the freezer but i need them today so i got some more and i also treated myself to some smoked haddock *drools*:D

Todays plan is brekkie - bacon, sausage, mushrooms and scramblies.
    Dinner - Cheese and salami
Tea - Chicken thighs and a pork chop.

I shall take peperami and some more chicken to snack on if i need it, i probably will as i tend to really eat for at least the first week.

There is an emergency shake in my workbag but hopefully i won`t need that as i want to stay off them for the first two weeks if poss but will use them if i have to.

Sweet - Have a holiday with the kids, hubs will understand, hope that he gets sorted out quickly it must be a nightmare.

    Mazzers/swee
t - We always take the doglets wherever we holiday, i wouldn`t dream of leaving them behind and couldn`t bear to kennel them. They are both rescues and it would ruin my hols to think what would be going through their heads :o
We didn`t think that we would have a hol this year so i need to find some cash quickly, i`ll ask about any extra shifts at work later.

Little old doggie has a heart condition and is ancient but he`s had his checkup at the vets a couple of days ago and although he won`t be able to do much he should be ok to go :D He can snooze on the beach in the shade whilst the big mad younger hound digs huge holes in the sand :D I shall be wearing my favourite extra long huge t-shirt that doubles as a bathing cossie :D

    Have a good day everyone.

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p

    Morning all.

SO you have three guesses as to who I made cupcakes for this weekend.

Clue: They are famous and married (to each other).
