*Runs in offering loads of support and sympathy*

Don't beat yourself up, not a lot of point in trying to fight things imo, wasted energy and just causes more stress. Go with the flow if you can and tread water until it passes. You can restart diet/exercise/life after the worst has passed.

I'm a slave to my hormones these days, they are wrecking my life so I empathise with you greatly. I'm off to the accupuncturist tomorrow, I'll let you know if there is any help to be had. :D

glowy any chance you can go out for a walk. even just a walk around the block with a bit of sun and fresh air will give you some breating space.

Strange thing is the women who are friendly in my street all have totm at the same time:eek:my neighbour is in as bad a mood as me, we've joked the men should leave the street for a week and we should put a big gate up (its a cul de sac) so no one is in danger:rotfl:

    Weird how that happens.

Made a cauli pizza, looked good, fell apart :( nice though.

I could taste the cauli actually, but not much, i think the other strong flavours overpower it.
Would have taken a pic but was too hungry to go camera hunting :)
I can take one of the tray tho if anyones interested :D

Sis, more tips plz, i either made the base too thick (used a ricer and got loads of water out, was brill ) or didnt pre cook for long enough, mind you, i didnt follow a recipe, so guessed timings :o

It's a great way of using up dried manky cheese :rotfl:
Had a big chunk of the mexicana, was a lovely colour, pity it disintegrated.

Had half with a salad, nicely full now so gonna relax on my lappy for a bit :)

I read an interesting article once that said women's cycles will subtly change in order for them to be in tandem with those females around them. Females in the same home especially are supposed to be affected by this so I pity any poor bloke who's family are all female. :)

    glad it helped

I've eaten a rather naughty amount of pick and mix today whilst trying to work my way through a mountain (no exaggeration) of marking and unfinished lists to do from ages ago. I finally feel like I'm starting to break the back of everything I want to get done today, and my box of marked/sorted crap to take back to school to give back to people is looking pleasingly close to full. If i can stay focused tonight then I should be able to get a fair bit more done :j so i feel like i've earnt all the sugar and e-numbers. attempts to be good can start again tomorrow.

I've also tried to diplomatically avoid world war #93836 between my mother and my 'father's' side of the family (father in the loosest sense of the term because he has never been a dad to my brother or I). where do i collect my medal and halo?!:rotfl:
