Aw thats mean! BF did this to me the other day when I was on my bike, sat next to me and ate a full english breakfast while I was sweating to death!0
-
It's horrid when they do that isn't it? Still, you can think of all that sugar and nastiness coating his arteries and feel smug in your saintliness.
It was really interesting the other night when we had friends round, just noticing quite how much 'picking' goes on when you do dinner. Like, there are nibbles beforehand, and asome wine, nad then some more wine with dinner, and after dinner some pudding, and then some picking at cheese, and then some coffee and some bits of chocolate... and I kept thjinking, wow, we ate like this almost every night. No wonder I got porky. I had some water and my 'omlette' with veggies. Nothing like a bit of self-deprivation to make you see your old diet with new eyes...0 -
Oh heck, all this talk about alizonne & lipotrim is making me waiver
I was all set to re-start my version of lcing tomorrow but now I'm  again. I am worried that I won't be able to stick with lcing (again)
I've had too many failures!! If I can just get my head in the right place & get through the first few days of headaches, tiredness etc then I might be in with a chance.
Couldn't get any lactofree from Tesco, they only had the whole milk version & I didn't want that. Managed to get the soya nuts though (in the international aisle in my local Mr. T) so am pleased with that. Also got almonds, brazil nuts & KP S&V peanuts :shhh::whistle: Ended up getting the lactofree from the co-op so I do feel 'food' prepared for re-starting lcing, just not sure how 'mentally' prepared I am0 -
Sweet, would you not find it easier if you had a strict diet to follow where theres no sort of bending the rules and no planning?0
-
i cant do strict diets , I have to do a diet that fits into my lifestyle otherwise i blow it everytime. icing is the best one i have ever followed ( although i do my own version)
I know some people do better following a strict diet though
I am really interested in sarahs diet , as my worry is saggy skin ( i could never afford it though) and the treatment she has is supposed to prevent it happening
having chorizo sausage cauli and peas for tea with jelly and cream for pud
DD1 has finished her gcses today :j0 -
sis, you could always do your own diet and just have the endermologie. That would be a lot cheaper.0

:rotfl: Lol this is me, i went to Asda yesterday and stocked up on lots of good things ready to start back on lc with a vengeance so i have lots of things like philly and my fav lc snack of hot peperami.
If i started it today though ì would fail before the day is out
I`m thinking after the footie is done with, i`ve taken to watching the England games with beer  and i`ve not dared go near the scales this morning
Maybe the beginning of next month will be good for me and i can carry on emptying the freezer and then i should be in the right frame of mind to make a decent start.
I think that constantly turning over various diet plans in my head since i last low carbed hasn`t done me any good at all as everything that i eat seems wrong, there is a little voice in my head that keeps telling me this. I`m still eating in a SW kinda way but know that good old lcing is the diet that will give me the best results.
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
