Never heard of lipotrim before. Just looked at it and it looks like a budget version of Alizonne, but without the treatments. If you're losing a lot the treatments are pretty important as they stop you from ahving saggy skin at the end.

Help me........I am so weak and feeble today, it's horrible, I keep getting dizzy spells and have zero concentration. This diet will get me sacked!!
I thought low carb diets were meant to give you more energy??

They do unless you're still detoxing from sugar. Have you eaten anything sugary lately?

Have something with some splenda in, low carb plain yogurt, fruit, flaked almonds and splenda is nice with a low carb hit, or if thats difficult have some nuts (macadamia, almond and walnut seem best), I know how you feel I went through this as well, have you screamed in anyones face yet? Best have the nuts quick;)
Thank you for this site Martin

    Lipotrim info here: http://www.lipotrim.co.uk/

I did this about 4 years ago and lost 2 stone in 11 weeks. Its 3 shakes/bars a day and water and strictly nothing else. I think now its about £40 a week.

No nothing - :( I feel like I want sugar though - day dreaming of cream cakes.
I have actually got like a shaky feeling inside my body - it's weird although I have recently been put on some medication so it could possibly be side effects from that.

That sounds lovely - mmm could just eat that now but I am in work, just had egg salad for my lunch.

Not screamed at anyone yet though - haven't got the energy to, although did get a bit nasty to OH last night when he decided to show me what he was having for his pudding - sticky toffee pudding, had a right go saying that I didn't need to know about that thank you very much.
Shouldn't do that though, it's me on the diet not him - but I am sure he gets a kick out of eating stuff like that in front of me:cool:
