I think you should give yourself a break Eric, seriously. We're all human! I don't think 25g of dry roasted soy beans is going to make much difference to your massive weight loss.

ON a slightly different note, does anyone know any good photography places that do TASTEFUL nude portraits (hiding the bits you don't like)? It's our wedding annoversary next month and I almost did this for a wedding present just before we got married but didn't have the money; this time I'd like to get it done before I descend into wrinklydom.

Thanks Bitsy. That rings a bell - think I might have looked at them before.

Sarah, are you doing the Alizone therapy? How long have you done it for? Seems quite expensive. Sorry trying to catch up with what everyone is doing. Congrats on the size 12 too x

Alona - I love dairylea dunkers - haven't had one for ages now though:(

Sarah - the for your eyes only I have heard of, you can buy the experience days from Boots or virgin etc and they are in there, not used them though so you would need to check the reviews but I wouldn't mind doing that myself.
My friends ex is a photographer and does all sorts of pics but I would not ask him to do it haha - how weird would that be?:o

Anyway peeps, being told to stop losing weight now - the spoilsports, but I am in a routine now that I haven't broken for a while and am scared to stop.

So anyway plan for the weekend is - watch football at my dad's with OH tomorrow and getting an indian - lots of good low carb options there:T

Sat - OH on a stag do so *may* get myself a kebab meat and salad as that will make me think I am out on the lash too :rotfl:

Soooooo want a subway sandwich though - I was addicted to them at one point. Oh well plenty of time to eat bread on holiday - 6 weeks today:j:j:j:j

Alona, It's stupendously expensive and only a complete desperate case or a rich person would do it. I guess we know which one I am, given that I am on a money saving website! :)

It does work though, and bloody fast. I haven't been a size 12 since I was about 12.

How long have you been on it now? And how much have you lost in total?

    Do you enjoy the treatments?

    Afternoon guys,

managed to get any snacks out of the way before 12 o`clock so i`m pleased and i`ve not nibbled once since.:D

Oriental pork for tea later with a small portion of noodles, i shall look at the carbs on the packet later.

Sweet - I do make the shakes with water as too much milk makes me get catarrh (just had to google that lol) and my hayfever gets really bad when i have too much. Ok with small amounts in a cuppa though.
The maxitone really fiilled me but the H&B don`t :( i`m hungry a couple of hours after having one. If i remember i`ll have a look and see if Morrisons do a lactofree milk and maybe i shall give it a try.
Think i shall eventually go back to the other shakes though, i`ve not used much from the last tub yet.
Those seeds look interesting and i`ll have a nosy next time i`m in H&B although i am dangerous when i go in that shop, everything ends up in my basket :D

Roast dinner this weekend but mine won`t have potatoes on it but i shall make some gravy. I`m not really counting the carbs atm but just keeping them reasonably low by choosing what i`m eating sensibly.
I`m getting back around to the lc frame of mind which is good and i shall start on induction again later as i know that it will do me a world of good.

    SD
Planning on starting the GC again soon :p

I've been on it eight weeks today and I've lost 1 stone 9lb. I'm pretty slow compared to some folks though. I don't really enjoy the treatments, though the 'hoovering' is becoming less painful as I get thinner. The ultrasound is getting worse. They reckon I'll be at goal in four more weeks.
