Cant believe it, i've been at home and not ventured in here all day.
I must be getting sick of you lot :p

    Never :D

    Been gardening.
Also had a bottle of wine... shut up alias, i deserved it :p

It's been harder today as the carbs wave goodbye, i've eaten loads, but it's mostly been meat, not good i know but tomorrow should be easier.

Sweet, the lactofree is even good to drink, just like normal milk, it also comes longlife, i bought the fresh, £1.30 summat for a litre.

I dont eat when i'm mad, thats when the vodka comes out ;) i eat when im bored, but on LC, i eat when i'm hungry-ish, dont get really hungry tbh.
Yeah... so why am i fat then??

I have been wartnering, it's my new hobby :D
Does sting a bit but soon passes.
    (before i started drinking tho)

Ta for that :D Definitely going to get some when I'm lcing, will use it for shakes methinks.

Talking of which, sunny, I saw you mention that the H&B shakes don't fill you up. Do you make them up with water?? I didn't feel as full when I used water & I'm wondering whether you could try the lactofree if you're trying to keep your carbs down?? Also, I had some free samples of Linwood milled flaxseed like this one http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=1890&prodid=2068 that I used (15g worth??) and I'm wondering if that helped fill me up. Not cheap but I'm thinking of getting some when/if I start lcing again.

    Morning everyone :hello:

Another gorgeous morning here, just puts me in a better mood when the sun is shining :D

Hope everyone doing ok. Well done on getting rid of the bloat, mazzers, is it just me still being naughty then?? :o Hopefully not for much longer, just have a couple of chocolate bars to finish off first
