    I can imagine with you lot, if it was a real life conversation, it would be hard to get a word in.

    But thank you for making me laugh:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Mazzers, try steaming - very hot water (few drops of tea tree oil) in a bowl, towel over your head, 3 times a day, the steam will help kill the nasties

    <peeks out>

    Ooh i'll try that, will get some tea tree oil when i go for gas :)

    I'm quite quiet in a crowd Sharlee, like to watch and listen whhile i suss.

    I am rather gobby once i know you though :D

    :)

    I overdid it with the washing, ironing and cleaning on Fri, worked on the Sat, was worn out by Sunday :(

    Been for my walk, was lovely, went through the leafy lanes, did hour and a half, not too fast tho as going uphill i was panting like a knackered old sheepdog. Was thinking maybe three times a week for the first couple of weeks.
    Had a heart attack a couple of years ago, not due to blocked arteries, as an angiogram showed them as normal, was due to low potassium. and BP meds.
    Recently informed no significant damage to heart :)
    Any advice gratefully received as Doc said i can carry on as usual :)

    Get yourself a wee battery powered scooter. Save your legs. :rotfl:

    Lol, just kidding. :D

    I'm cleaning today, in readiness for the chap that's coming to assess the damage. You can't really clean a building site though so I'm wasting my time. It's one thing hiding your washing but you can't exactly hide sheets of plasterboard and rolls of insulation.

    Oh well. I don't care anymore, I'm cared out.:D I'm off to have my omelette.

    PS.....For Maz. :D

    Am feeling quite rough :(

    My cough is terrible, got hi temp, pounding head and losing my voice too :(
    Definately manflu.

    Just sipping an extra strong hot lemon thingy.

    Those three downstairs with three huge pizzas and three films :(
    I just wanna lie down.

    Dont think it helped doing the 2 1/2 mile walk, should've stayed at home.

    Hello, I've been lurking for a while and thought it time I say hello. So.... hello!

    I'm driving myself mental worrying about my weight, so this thread is great. I've given up dairy for 3 months and lost nothing, now on my first week of giving up wheat and seem to have lost a couple of lbs which gives me hope. I'm now thinking that I seriously need to give up alcohol. Does anyone have any experience of weight loss from ditching the white wine???

    Thanks!

    Looky looky...this is what we all need.

    http://www.scottishbootcamp.com/

    Ignoring the fact it costs just under a grand for a week, this place would be ideal for an MSE meet for us lot. :rotfl: Mind you, I think we'd spend more time being rebels than we would anything else, we'd get kicked out. :rotfl:

    Hi Jen, :) Drinking wine definitely stalls my weight loss...I try to stay away from it but admittedly I sometimes don't try very hard. :o

    Maz, you sound hellish, deffo time to stay in bed and rest now, I think. Hope you kick it soon my germ laden friend. :D

    sis......tmi. :eek::rotfl:
