Bagsy a 'friend of the Mother of one of the band' complimentary tickets when they make it big. Do they have songs where they just sing? As opposed to loads of loud noisy bits? Just kidding. Good on them, it's not an easy business to get into so credit to them.

Just weighed and was expecting an all time high but back to the usual old number, (just under 25 stone) <<< removing that bit later

Morning guys :wave:

i`m knackered yesterday ended up being very stressful later in the day and i was too busy and wound up to concentrate on much. I ended up not having anything to eat until almost midnight and then i had a takeaway pizza loaded with chillies very nice but doing things like that is deffo not good for me so today i shall make myself have a shake fairly soon.

The kitchen fitter wasted half a day ****ing about with two drawers and in the end i just snapped told him to leave them as he couldn`t figure them out and go and do something else so that i wasn`t paying him to do **** all.

Because of all the wasted time i`ve now got him here an extra day on Monday which was the day that DH had put aside for ourselves to actually have a day off together and do something like go out for a nice walk in the countryside with the doggies. It will be another three weeks before we actually get a day off together again so i`m pretty peed off.

After the fitter went home i went and fetched good old Dad over and he did the measuring and i did the drilling and fitting - i`m carp at measuring and Dads hands and knees mean that he struggles with the other bits so a team of two halves really and it worked well. We sorted the drawers and fitted them and did the handles etc and another couple of bits too, it was half past eleven when he went home and then came a quick shower and a pizza and i fel asleep on the sofa which is where i woke this morning still knackered and let the fitter back in.

He is in the kitchen now and may end up nailed into one of the cupboards later today!

I`m off to write a shopping list and grind my teeth

Aww, poor SD, i feel for you, having alterations and mess is so stressful, i cant face the stress of moving house or i'd be in one of the lovely little bungalows around the corner and free up some cash.

P.S. no point in me removing it then!!

Had to come back to tell you about the peanut butter shake - it's absolutely gorgeous!! :j

One heaped dessert-spoon of peanut butter (& a bit more coz it was the end of the jar) added to the milk & shake mix then blended - omg it was lush, like a liquidised snickers bar!! Yum yum yum!!
