Ooh Mazzers. So what happens next?

Wait for next appt with gynaecologist.

Google large fibroid images, OMG, some are huuuuge, they are common too, but most women only find out when they complain of heavy or painful periods, and put the 'pot belly' down to putting on weight.
Mines prob all fat tho :D

    Evening peeps,

Mazzers - hope that all is well, i googled fibroids too and then closed the page after a very short read :o makes me queasy :D

Well the refrigerated shake kept well and didn`t thicken - in fact it went thinner but still did the job.

Food today was a very early shake for brekkie, another for dinner and then two cold sausages and a pepperami. Two ice creams when i got home from work :o and i`ve just eaten three cold chicken thighs.

This is the least that i`ve eaten for a loooong time and i`m mightily impressed with the shakes, wish they were a bit cheaper tho. I should have counted how many servings that i got from the tub but maybe next time.

May have a couple of crackers with cheese/may not i`ll give it half an hour and see if i`m still hankering after them. Won`t be up too late as i`m up again at 4am

I`m not sure as thats how its written on the label and the site, confusing isn`t it.

I`ve done the same as yesterday and had a shake around 0430 and i shall have another later, i left the house in a rush this morning so only have a peperami to eat so may nip out and buy a piece of chicken or similar.

Not sure whats for tea tonight either as i didn`t check my list - hope its not something that needs defrosting :o

Had a dodgy tum this morning and not sure why, i shall google effects of protein later as i`ve not eaten anything dodgy unless yesterdays chicken wasn`t its best.

So here's to a good week, I have chicken salad for my lunch today and think I will have chicken breast wrapped in bacon with lots of veg for my tea tonight:T
