Good lunch time to you all.
Don't know where you all are but I figured I'd say Hi anyway.
Well I'm still being good, had a small wobble last night where I felt I might have wanted to just locust my way through the kitchen but I stayed where I was and the feeling passed thankfully.
I'm also being more pro-active about the house again, I'm not quite as tired as I was when I was just a carb hoover. I'd forgotten how good it felt to be more 'awake' and not so sluggish.
Well done you :j

hello all. still here and reading. Hope everyone is having a good day.
Still holding steady with my weight though hoping it will reduce more as I do more running. Ate a very large handful of white chocolate buttons this evening and got the real sugar glaze - just wanted more and more. V bad.0 -
Morning all.
Too tired to post last night, had an early night and a lie on and feel fine now.
Is such lovely weather here atm
Was really upset Sunday when youngest left for the train back to Cardiff, made me think of long winter evenings without him
Upset now writing it, spose i'll get used to it.
Not thought about healthy eating for past few days, been too tired and stressed to care, must make an effort or you lot will be sylph like and i'll be the only fatty on here0 -

Aw Maz, big hugs. You will get used to it, I promise. You'll get to the stage where you'll see him walking up the path and you'll think 'crap, is he back again?!' Or is that just me?:rotfl: Nah I'm kidding about that bit.
I cried solid for days when I dismantled son's wardrobe after he left home so I know how you feel. The sad empty feeling lessens though and it will all become very matter of fact. Just hang in there.
And just in case the sypathy made you feel worse......
*slap*.....get yourself out there and join something....salsa classes maybeor wine tasting (get p*ssed for free and forget your cares)
or even the library come to that.

Ah but at least you'd get folk talking to you through the sympathy vote if nowt else. :rotfl:
I'm knackered. Just spent all day (interspersed with short stops on here) emptying book shelves and moving the shelves themselves. I stopped counting at 250 books.
I also feel a bit sickish which is par for the course for me when I start to low carb again.Herman - MP for all!0 -
