*Yawn*. Up at an obscene time today, very tired. OH is on back shift and wakes me up when he comes to bed. I think he openes the door loudly deliberately so I wake up and stop snoring and that way he's got a fighting chance of falling asleep before I start again. 2 hours later, he woke me up going to the toilet. I've been awake since just before 5am. *sob*

I'm always starving when I've not had enough sleep. Guess today is going to be hard.

    See you all later. *waves*

was just back from a 5k run at this time love !!
hope u ok - am worried about ya xx

Romy, drink lots of water. Have a good carb day. Ask yourself what set you off - emotional day? And move on. No sense in getting too stressed about it, it happens to us all.

    Wow Daisy.. well done :T
  • Thanks eric - will definatley get myself to the gym and try swimming this next week - I am a good swimmer and I find it easy so I should be able to add maybe 3 swims per week onto my walking 30 mins perday. Its just fitting it in before work ( which I hate) as I work so late on tue wed thurs... I'll have to go sunday, monday night and ... wednesday morning maybe... that might work - only one very early get up.. i think i could do that. That shall be my target - startign this sunday. Thanks for the advice

finally dropped a pound this morning... been for two walks although neither were especially vigourous.. didnt' get to swim as first walk ( with dogs took forever and then it took me a bout 3 hours to tidy the house.. then OH had invited my parents for tea so I had to make something - did chickn and veg and i didn't have potatoes so not a bad day diet wise although I get the feeling that I'll have put weight on tomorrow as feeling bloated now.. ah well will keep my fingers crossed.

tomorro am off to wales for the day - have chicken and salad ready to take so i dont' eat rubbish.. going for a long walk along the beach - can't wait.

been very emotional today - had a cd on whilst i tidied and creid most of the way through it... maybe its just that i hate tidying and cleaning!!

I think my double chin is reducing... got to be a good sign!! Maybe i'm wishing it away!

see you tomorrow night .. guess it will be a late one as won't be back til late x

 Flipping heck that's close.

My left leg is quite close to target also. :D

Went to be around 11ish, fell asleep around 11.30 ish, got woken up by the phone around 12.30 ish. :( You know when you're so tired you forget how to work things? Well I stared at that ringing phone for an eternity before I figured out how to answer it.:rotfl:

Twas daughter....she was at a sleepover at a friend's house but felt sick and needed to come home. Drove to the next town in my nightie, Police were out patrolling, that would have been fun if I'd got stopped. :D

Back now and wont be able to get back to sleep that easy so I'm having a cuppa first.

    See you all later.

Oh well, I'm back but no-one else is. Sod you all then. :rotfl:

Feeling productive today. I hope that feeling lasts until I get dressed at least. :D

Got a big slice of sirloin steak to look forward to today. I remember my Mum cooking slices of sirloin in tinfoil covered in onions and they used to come out lovely and tender. No idea how long she cooked them for though....I'll guess and mine will come out like shoe leather. :D
