I must make up some soup to go with my roll and pretend crisps
Had a very good eaty day today, ommelette for brekkie at 11.30, yogurt and banana in work at 4pm and a chicken roll after work, just not hungry today.
Had some good bargains as i'm back to my sh*tty shift and things are reduced at 8pm, large cooked chickens for 43p (had three... chicken curry tomorrow) 4 corn on cob for 10p, pkt chillies 10p, and a growing herb (coriander) for 10p
Had a nice surprise today, my son has a silver band ring that i tried to ram on my thumb last week, i was determined to get it on, it took 10 mins and strangled my thumb (took 20 mins to soap it off ) but it is now quite looseam rather gobsmacked at that
Youngest back from Amstersoddingdam, had a great time, spent all his dosh, and yes, he went to the sex museum:rotfl:
Our manager bought us all little gifts for our hard work during a stressful month, he also promised to sort my hours out for me (made him repeat it in front of a witness) so i am in a rather good mood and will now enjoy my week off next week.

Wonder if it's available on DVD, I used to quite like doing that, methinks will have a look on Amazon.
I only have a book!
Nearly bought a video off ebay, but I'd have to sort out a video player which is daft  There are DvDs, but I'm too tight to buy the new ones: will try and get one cheeep sometime
Got Yoga, Pilates and Yogalates DvDs so don't 'need' anything else: just fancy a Callanetics one.
Found a couple of video sites for Yoga/pilates too, which is nice for a change. There's always Youtube too.
Ouch. Nasty p-pains today!
Off to have a banana and cuppa and start getting us all ready for school.. fun :rotfl:0 -
Morning all.. boootifull day as bernard mathews would say
Good job really, got eight piles of washing to do *sighs*
Fancy a day out somewhere but afraid it may not be sunny again for a few days and i'll never catch up then *sighs again*
Right.. had my coffee, better make a start, i do like these old hours, but not the pittance of a pay..0 -

Hanno, I could only see video & the books on Amazon, no 'original' Callanetics DVD. We only have a tiny portable TV with video player so I probably won't end up doing it, that's if I found the video in the first place!! PS. Hope you're feeling better.
Eric, lol at the bird fluuuuu!! :rotfl:
mazzers, good bargains at Tesco!! :j Think I'll have to get meself there at 8pm!!
daisy, did you use chilli powder, flakes in the soup??
Also, wondered if you could ask dizzy on the SW thread about holiday insurance for your hubby, she's off to Mexico at Christmas & must have had problems getting insurance, I'm sure she wouldn't mind.
Well, I think my body thinks it's on the low-carb diet because I've lost 6lbs since I weighed myself on Sunday!! The lbs I put on last week were obviously just bloatI plan on going to weigh-in on Monday so will be happy if I've only put a lb or 2 on since the last time I was there.

Lol, hope you had drumsticks (wooden, not chicken
) in your hand when you were doing that impression!!
Yep, my knickers are now unknotted, although maybe I shouldn't have said I'll be 'happy' to only be 1 or 2lbs heavier at my next SW weigh-in, will be more 'relieved'
Anyway, what you been up to??0 -
