I didn't find myself in the kitchen Sweet; well, only to get that choccie. and make a cuppa :A
Didn't have any 'nanas left this morning, so had a slice of granary toast with marmalade.
About 3 hours later had an oatbran pancake with some microwaved mushrooms.
Lunch was tuna and sweetcorn, left over from when I made the boys' sanis., with a few baby toms..
Had a nice (though a bit salty) big slice of gammon with a fried egg for tea.
Choccie again in an hour or two
Didn't have enough water again today: only about 500ml
, though had a few cups of tea and coffee (decaf.)
Excercise was another tramp through the woods. Will try and do a bit of yoga/pilates/callanetcs this week...

I think I've still got a Callanetics video somewhere
Wonder if it's available on DVD, I used to quite like doing that, methinks will have a look on Amazon.
Had a busy day cooking & cleaning today - made soup & chilli as planned & my freezer is now pretty much full of 'ready meals'. Decided to do a portion of chilli for hubby before I put the kidney beans & sweetcorn in so I don't feel so guilty now. And, unbeknown to him, he ate disguised BNS soup today!! Ha Ha, just goes to show what you don't know doesn't hurt you!! *witchy cackle* :rotfl:0
