Sorry, who are you again? :D

Aw sweet, you know I haven't forgotten about you. :rotfl: It's just that I was online looking for Osmo oil and I was flicking through the thread and replied commenting about the things immediately above me again whilst still thinking about my Osmo oil.

My brain doesn't remember any more than 2 posts at a time these days, it's so full of my own crap. :D Is it really that bad or are you just imagining the worst? Is it 'that' time again...heavier then anyway. :)

daisy, don't you like spanking then?:rotfl:

Lost another 1lb this morning, hope it's not my flipping scales playing up icon5.gif

If it's not, thats 8lb in 17 days.. actually my clothes are much looser :)

I think it might be permanently do-able now *crosses fingers and toes*

Eggs for brekkie, cheesy jkt potato (SW chips on my three days off work ) or boiled new ones with ham, chicken or tuna and salad, fruit and a yogurt for lunch, and a granary or wholemeal roll with ryvita minis and go ahead bars for tea, fruit and a low cal cereal bar for snacks, as close to my usual diet as poss :) but i think being more active (and almost no alcohol) is the key for me

You can do it sweet, get lots of snacks in ready. (better to have three slimming treats than three choccy bars... sending good vibes out.

You are doing really well lady. :T

And I'm sure sweet isn't as bad as all that but her hormones are telling her she's crap. :D See sweet, we dont forget about you at all. :D

Ok.....this SW malarky...do I have to cook or can I eat ready meals etc if need be? I'm getting to the 'feeling left out' stage but some days I can't get near the kitchen so we end up having a takeaway.

Someone tell me again why I ever thought it was a good idea to practically rebuild this house? *insert rolling eyes smilie*
