Oh dear.. oh dear.. oh dear.....

A customer bought me a box of maltesers and i was so hungry (many hours since my last break ) i ate loads of them
I did put it behind me and carried on as usual so thats a first, i usually think sod it and eat for wales.

So it's either start afresh tomorrow or have no syns all week

Alias, step away from the joiner :naughty:

Sweet, second wot alias said, it'll make a nice change from her whingeing ;)

    Morning peeps

been mia for a few days but i`ve been reading at work, i`ve not had the pc on at home as if i switch it on i`m likely to stay in front of it and then i`ll get nowt done :o

Last few days have been manic and i`m bushed, been trying to get everything sorted ready for our hols but have a long way to go yet, hopefully by tonight i`ll be a bit more organised but i`m struggling to fit everything into the day that i need to do, the shifts atm are the worst for fitting things around.

Daisy - I can sympathise with "the period from hell" as thats what mine is like lately, if this carries on i`ll have to see the doc, waking every two hours to change the product is knackering me out :o

Alias - Grab the joiner if it will make you feel better :D i didn`t half laugh at you lot this morning:rotfl:

Dietwise i`ve had a few more syns than i should have the last two days, i`ve deliberately made sure what i`ve been eating has been lower carb as thats seemed to help with this months bloat, i feel like a beached whale atm, cue pics in the tabloids about a new type of whale on cornish beaches next week :p

Anyhoo, da boss is around so i`d best make tracks :D

    Have good days peeps.

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p

:j half a lb away from half a stone :j

Been weighing waaay too much, a little bit of fluctuating but another lb gone today :)

I dont want to be smug and then get a slap in the face but SW is a winning combo for me.
Did lose a stone and a half last time i did it but went walking four times a week, work must be substituting the walking.
I think i'll stay off the scales for a week incase my malteserfest makes me gain and i'll be disappointed.
So unbloated, even after meals, but i only have one portion of bread daily, and i've known for years that was the culprit.

SD, try the mirena coil, heard good and bad reports and it put me off, but as i had no other option i gave it a whirl and its fantastic, totm was due the week after insertion and i was told it wouldnt help for a while but it worked that first time.
Best thing i ever did :)
  • SD - I second the Mirena, wish I'd had it years ago. I put up with hideous pain (I often blacked out) and well, I won't go into details about the other things. :o Had it about 9 months now and I'm a new woman and much nicer to be around!

Mazzers - congrats on the weight loss. Bet you feel and look fab. I wore a pair of trousers today that hadn't seen the light of day for over a year. Ok, it was a size 20 (shhhhhh!) but deffo better than the size I was a few months ago.

There are 23 galaxy minstrels in a bowl on my coffee table. Any takers?

    No-one playing today then? :D

Well I am ashamed and embarrassed to admit I am almost as heavy again as I was when I restarted losing weight. :o I feel awful and look awful.

I still cant do anything about it yet either. Well that's not strictly true, I could start but I know I wont be able to keep it going right now so there's no point.

Might just say sod the house and go book into a health farm for a month. :rotfl: Why do they call it a farm? Is it cos all it's clients are usually greedy pigs? :D
