    I`m here

and i`ve not been stuffing cake down my gob so there :D Yet! :D

I`ve had a bowl of cereal earlier and thats all, well thats all i`ve had time for, no idea what i shall have later though. Maybe a cheats paella as i`ve peppers to use up before we go away and i shall be making some hm pizzas too. They are all for the freezer though as we shall need something quick to eat on the night that we come home and we are also taking some with us for the first day.

Hm sundried tomato and parmesan loaf is cooling in the kitchen, that will be getting sliced and frozen when its cold and i`ll shove that in the cool box too to take with us. I quite like making bits to take with us as they`re all treats and we won`t eat out at every meal so won`t arrive home stoney broke.

As you`ve all probably realised i won`t be dieting at all this week but will be working hard at putting some of the weight that i`ve lost back on  hopefully not too much though as i`ll have to get rid of it all again soon.

Right i`m off to hang out yet another load of washing and start off the pizza dough, best pick some more toms from the greenhouse too whilst i remember as some of those can go on the pizzas.

Have a lovely day peeps :D

    *stumbles in guiltily*

Was away in Finland last week and ate for England.....licorice, giant Cornettos (twice the size of normal ones with toffee in the middle - heaven! And I had 2), rye bread, yummy crispy things (in the funniest named bags possible....minipussi and megapussi - I singgered all the time....not as bad as the Swedish toffee called Krap I found when I was out there last) and have been nomnomnomming as much as possible since being back....I'll be good again when my sis goes home, I blame her.

    YAYYYYYYYY

i have finally dropped below 330 lbs (start in jan was 474.4lbs) so that i can use my body composition scales (cost a bloody fortune)

@ 329.4 lbs i have 40.1% body fat so working on the top end of the healthy range for a gezzer of 20% body fat that take finally gives me a target weight of

    263lbs !!! 18st 11 :) 111.6kgs, a training weight of 15% body fat takes me to 17st 8, and that's a pretty hard % to keep down to

my goal this year was a loss of 200 lbs (and im on target, just) so at the end of the year i will only have 15lbs more to loose

    woooohoooo
