    Hi peeps.

Hann, that woman was a cheeky cow, i'd prob have had a go at her, and her stupid nasty little mutt.. made me laugh tho :D

Will def be the bit of yolk stopping the eggs from thickening, i made mine in a yorkshire pudding tin (four rounds type) and they were great as burger buns.

Not tried the steamer bags sweet.

Not feeling so thin atm so i've prob gained a lb or two, still being good tho, apart from the wine last night ;)
Had chicken and chips with a big side salad and yogurty banana for dessert earlier, not like diet food at all and i'm stuffed to the gills :)

Hard to put down what I've had since 'elevensies' in any kind of order.. <rollseyes>

Had about 8 little cubes of cheese with grapes for a late lunch.
Also had another 'Yeo' yoghurt, with a few hazelnuts and walnuts in.
Annoyingly I had a few 'forkfulls' of pasta/tuna/sweetcorn (about 4 I guess). Well, had to make sure it tasted okay didn't I..

Oh, and also had 4 Aldi sesame crackers with cream cheese and pate (not together!), and.. uhm... think that's it..

Looking forward to choccie in a bit.

Kinda think I'm doing okay, but not... no I know that doesn't make sense.. meh.....

I must admit I can't wait to try them (when I buy a microwave :undecided) - reckons you can cook an 8oz skinless & boneless chicken fillet in 3.5 minutes!! 11oz of potatoes in 4 minutes!! I'll try & remember to ask at SW class on Monday for more info.

Think I might have some caramel snack a jacks tonight - 5 syns for a 25g bag. Off to watch Corrie now.

Ps. Hanno, if it's your totm then it's ok to feel & sound a bit meh, hope you feel better soon, enjoy your choccie :D

Anyone watching E Numbers on BBC2? Very interesting. There's some thinking that peeps who drink diet drinks with artificial sweetners will consume more calories than those who drink full sugar drinks.

i have been watching it, on the whole its been a very biased one sided report. There are a lot of very nasty E numbers that completely "got missed"

Very disappointed that on a program on aspartame they failed to mention it is the only "food" that we eat that can penetrate the protective blood brain barrier, not good .... UK supermarkets have stopped using it because of this.

Also failed to mention this very condemning research on high fructose corn syrup

    http://www.princeton.edu/main/news/archive/S26/91/22K07/

If it hadn't been on the BBC I would have said the program was made by the food additives industry.

The bits on people who drank diet drinks eating more was interesting as many obese people do order the large pizza and a diet soda. Except I drink a lot of diet drinks (all sucralose) and do not get any sort of craving or desire to eat more, I know as all my food is logged :p, but then they did not mention which sweetener they where using in the tests, and if it was all sweeteners that did this.
