    Afternoon peeps.

Why oh why didnt i stick to SW a long time ago :(
    Its so easy really.
Passed a pub on my travels today and they had a chicken and bacon bbq melt as the offer of the day, it looked lush, and i thought thats so easy to have on SW, so tonight will be my free bacon and chicken, H/O a for the cheese, a couple of syns for the small dollop of bbq sauce and H/O b for the SW style chips (skin on, par boiled and roasted in fry light ) :j easy peasy :)
Dessert will be provided by Mr Muller ;)

Sorry alias that prob sounds like gobbledeegook to you, but take a look on the website if you're interested.

    Hi Guys,

I have just come across this thread and thought I would join. You all seem to be very active.
I am so happy at the moment, been dieting for 6 months now and lost 3 stone so not far off my target weight of 9 stone!!!!!

thought that I would just share the love. how are you all finding SW? I have been on Celebrity Slim over the last 6 months which has suited me well, but just wondering about what to do when i reach my target weight.

So happy to have found like minded people :)
  • mazzers, you don't need to par-boil the chips, none of my class bother & I tried it a few days ago & they were absolutely fine plus it saves getting a pan dirty!!

Good to see you back sarah, but sorry about your Mum.

alias, you ok?? Lol at the traitor comment but why is your head up your bum??

Welcome allie, we're not all doing SW, there are low-carbers & sarah's doing a special diet that I can't remember the name of?? Could be allizonne?? :o Anyway, you've done brilliantly so well done!! Not sure about maintaining though, never got that far...... :rotfl:

I meant I was so full of myself and my own stuff right now that all I seem to talk about is me and the house. My head is full of all the things I have to do, how I'm going to organise it, how I'm going to pay for it and how do I bribe the joiner to stay longer so I don't have to do things again, lol.

I read everyone's posts here (with interest 'cos I do think we're all a bit like > :grouphug: < that's friends btw ...... not perverts :rotfl:)and I do mean to reply to various things but I only ever seem to go back to talking about me 'because my head is up my own bum' right now. :o

I've just found out a stud wall is literally hanging by a thread and will need replacing before the new door frames can go in. So since it's getting ripped out I can go run some network cable into another room via that area. My head is full of that kind of thing.

I suspect it will be another 2 weeks before I have any other topic of conversation. :D

I apologise to all. Feel free to just skim over me, I'm happy just gibbering to myself and being amongst nice peeps who just smile indulgently now and then. :rotfl:

Btw, welcome allie...I'm the rogue element who has completely forgotten her original intention was to lose weight at all.:D

Ooooh no, i didnt, but i must say, they're worth it, my old book says muller lights are free, but that must be the boring ones.
Would you possilbly know how many are in a pkt of ryvita minis and a pkt of go ahead bars??
I really need something crisp like occasionally and something that resembles a biscuit now and again or i'll fail, and i dont use my syns for alcohol anymore so i dont mind using them for treats.
