Morning all, actually managed a lie on today

SD, i'd paint the door too, imo a nice glossy black door looks quite stylish
Felt slim again this morning and lo and behold, lost another 2lb :j
thats 5lb so far, makes a difference already, dont feel bloated, even after food, but feel really satisfied iykwim.
Having a prob after a bowl of mixed fruit though, awful gripey tummy and nausea for about an hour after eating it, going to persevere for a while tho as i love it.
Am wondering if my poor belly just cant cope with it after all the months of being deprived of the stuff.
Sweet those ryvita minis are £1.89 for a bag of six
If i'm going to lose weight tho i'll def stick witht them as they are lovely and crunchy...way better than any crisps

Woohoo that's brilliant!! :T Well done you!!
I'm starving
No fridge-freezer so no yoghurts to snack on or cheese triangles to stir into pasta (which is what I really fancy)
I've had spag hoops on toast for lunch followed by some fruit but I'm still hungry
Sometimes I'm just unfillable!! :rotfl: 0 -

Me too!!
I find it hard to get full as i dont do green days, too carby for me, so dont lose, but find that my lunchtime jkt potato with cheese and side salad followed by a dish of mixed fruit topped with a muller (not a choc one, i save that for later) really fills me up.
I also dry fry a chichen breast with spinach if i'm still hungry, and mashed swede with a beef casserole poured over is so filling too.0 -
Hello all. Well, the carb bloat seems to be going down v quickly from my holiday - have lost 4.5lb in three days so far! So only 2.5lb to go to be back where i was. Have got weigh in tonight at Alizonne so hopefully they won't tell me off too much.
I think it's the stress mostly, tbh. Seems to be a good weight-loss tool.0 -

You got the blonde bit right, although its intertwined with grey these days
Mazzers - Well done on your loss :j
I`ve spent the whole day clearing out junk and freecycling things that were in decent condition, tired now though and i`ve not got around to any cooking yet.
Dinner was a small pot of low fat cottage cheese which was nice, tea should still be chicken and something or other. Will decide later when i`ve cleaned the dust out of my hair.
I`m going to have to buy a new wireless sender for the telly as the old one has stopped working and i confess to losing my temper with it just a little bit
It is years old though but i`ve no idea how long these things last. It was only reading reviews on a new one and finding that many people were buying a new one as their old one had stopped working that i realised that it will probably just have reached the end of its life :rotfl:

Lol sunny, I toyed with the idea of running after her and punching her lights out, as they say....but I only ever do things like that in my head. :rotfl:Herman - MP for all!

alias, that is shocking, she was obviously jealous of what a honey you looked with paint & filler all over yourself!! :rotfl: Cheeky moo though, especially saying it infront of your kids.0

That's what bothered me most I think, daughter is only 10 and whilst I can't hand on heart say she's never heard the occasional sweary, I don't expect or appreciate callers at my door to let rip like that in front of her.
It's not even like the woman was a silly teenager etc. She was almost my age!
I'm angry all over again.
Biatch!
Oh and btw....I DO look fetching in paint.
