  • Let's hope her employer takes your complaint seriously, maybe follow it up tomorrow or after the weekend?? They should get back to you though, a bouquet of flowers or something as an apology would be nice. If you don't get any joy, the local papers are always after a story.......;)

I'd have had a swearing match with her, she'd never outdo my filthy mouth :o

I had an incident today too, phoned customer services about my mobile tariff and as the phone was answered and i said hello i had a small cough erupt, the guy who answered started talking then said quite stroppily 'excuse me, it's very unnerving having someone laugh as you answer the phone' so i thought he had laughed as he asnwered, and meant excuse him but realised he meant me, so i asked did he mean me laughing and he said yes, he did, i said 'excuse me, but it was a bloody cough not a laugh' and he didnt even apologise for his mistake the cheeky fcker.
I'm more mad now for not taking his name, you cant speak to a customer like that for chrissakes.

    Anyway....
Had a goodish day, but am a bit hungrier than usual, not had my mixed fruit and not had a a dodgy tummy either, so it must be the culprit :(

I wish i had the energy to paint, this house is in dire need, maybe next month when i get a week off *rolls eyes*

Just heard another member of staff is leaving next week so gawd help, it's hard enough now

My youngest is off to Amsterbloodydam next week :D and then moving out on the 24th, used to say i'd look forward to the day but feel quite sad at the prospect

For anyone interested - pack of 4 Galaxy Bubbles for £1 in Poundland - 8.5 syns per bar - woohoo bargain on all counts!! :D

  • Wonder if the dodgy tum is because of the extra fibre you're eating in the fruit, mazzers?? Have you tried the Activia fat free yogs - they might help if you're feeling bloated??
