Han, i dont go to a class, never have, got the books on ebay, last time i did it, a friend gave me all the info.

Ooh, that's very interesting.. Now if only I wasn't constantly overdrawn atm I could actually make some ebay purchases again! I miss ebay!
<goes off to check SW stuff on there for future reference>
  • Don't pay any more than £10 on ebay cos that's what you would pay if you went to one class - £5 joining fee (should be £10 but currently half price for limited period) & £4.95 for the class & you get the book & a one-week menu booklet etc plus a talk about the workings of SW etc. A consultant on the SW thread said you only have to go the once, as long as you tell them you don't want to continue with it (after you've got your book obviously!!) :D

'Tis ok. :D We can all be muppets from time to time. I occasionally think me and Maz are a bit Waldorf and Statler-ish from time to time. ;):rotfl:Especially when we're moaning in unison about bad service. :D

    Sorry Maz. :rotfl:

Morning all. Sun is trying hard to shine here but it's a bit weak and watery so no doubt it'll give up and the rain will take over.

Painting again today. Feel better today as I got my bedroom back to some kind of normality last night and it meant I could actually get into bed without having to climb over a mattress and several bags of clothes just so I could reach the end of the bed. Amazing how much your mood can be affected by simple things like not being able to get in and out of bed easily. :D

Woke up starving though, fancy a full fry up but all I have in the cupboard is cornflakes. :D

Have a good day, whatever you're doing.

My mood is VASTLY affected by the state of the whole house, never mind just my bedroom. Honestly the more untidy and the more clutter I feel stressed just looking at it :o Didn't bother be when I was out of the house full time but now I am at home 24/7 it really starts to affect me :(

Anyway off to make some american style pancakes for brekkie - my first attempt so wish me luck!

Hi folks, quick post before work to say i woke up feeling quite empty this morning (even tho i've never gone hungry) and i'd lost half a lb.. at last, a winning combination on 'normal' food.

Sun is shining, gonna be a hot one i think, sadly i'm in work til 7pm.

    Back later ;)
  • Morning :hello:

My fish & mushy peas were lush yesterday  Felt like I'd earned it though as we'd been on a walk through some woods, up & down some very steep steps, before we even got to Whitby's steep steps!! My heart was going like the clappers!! :rotfl: Bl00dy expensive takeaway though - nearly £27 for 3 x fish & chips & my fish & mushy peas plus drinks!! And after paying that much money we were getting heckled by Bucky's English relatives while we were eating them!! :rotfl:

Having pasta for lunch today & making HM quiche (minus pastry) for dinner, probably with potato wedges :D And I'll be having crisps & chocolate for supper :j Gotta love SW!! :rotfl:

Hope everyone is well, mazzers you're gonna disappear if you keep losing weight this fast, well done though!!
